This game will be based different from a typical written adventure.  You start by traveling to the town of Clifftown, which rests high on a Cliff (big surprise).  There you will face a variety of situations and depending on your choices, you may find yourself fighting in an army to fend off an invading army, seeking ancient treasure in forgotten ruins, trying to find lost family members and so much more!  The situations will be random, hence the Twist of Fate, and will be drawn from a deck of plot points to create a story line.  That will be narrated into a cohesive story.

This is a new venture for me, but has worked well in several RL one shot campaigns.  I thought it would be fun to try it as an ongoing campaign where the adventurers served as Heroes for Hire types thus making the variety of situations make sense.

I am looking forward to it and am honestly a little jealous to be sitting on the DM side....it would be fun to jump into this one!

Looking for a diverse party of up to 5 regular players.  We will be starting at 3rd level as that gets most classes their first features.  I am willing to take those newer to the game systems as it is fun to work with new players.

Creative backstories will be favored over min/maxing and optimization.  Your character choice MUST fit your story.
