Simple scenario. The city has been put to chaos by a disaster. Parts of the city lay in ruin, monsters have spread, unidentified mercenaries have made some areas their playground, and the king is nowhere to be found.

You can bring peace back and set things right, or seize the opportunity and make the place your own.
