Be part of a growing team of normal, average, everyday people who have been given the opportunity to become FAR more than they ever could have become by staying on Earth.  Hopper Commands' massive AI has chosen you to become a Hopper.  There is, of course, an entrance exam.  Twenty missions.  Each mission takes you to a different world, a different time or a different branch of reality.

Once you complete the twenty missions you are a Hopper

You MAY encounter Troll Bodyguards on a Cyberpunk/Shadowrun style world, Daleks (aren't they so cute when trying to wipe out all life?), Elemental Earth wielding monks on their way to help put down an insurrection, Psi-power elimination squads on the hunt for Psionic power users, an enormous evil corporation bent on world domination at ANY cost, Revolutionary War heroes, DURING the Revolutionary War, Steam-powered Nazi Zombies on a killing rampage (loved those scenes from Suckerpunch!), Adolf Hitler...the Famous Artist on a world that never experienced WWII.

You may be called on, to plant a small nuclear bomb in the Statue of Liberty, detonate it and have all evidence point to an infamous figure (my favorite targets are the Clintons),  or how about rescue a certain person from Zombies and deliver him to a relative currently holed up in the buildings surrounding the Four Points in America,  or maybe salvage a derelict space ship and deliver several billion credits worth of goods over multiple runs.

Those ideas are only the tip of an iceberg that is 99.9999999999999999999999999999% underwater.
