Independence City is a huge metropolis, home to millions of people. Little do they know that they are ultimately ruled by Marcus Buchanan, the infamous Black Tiger, ruler of Independence City’s underworld. Buchanan maintains his iron grip on the city with the help of his five lieutenants, awesome fighters in their own right. Many people have reason to hate Buchanan, but few have the power to do anything about it. Those that do take to the streets, intent on stopping the Black Tiger’s reign of terror. They are the Brutal Saints.

This game uses Fight! 2nd edition published by Divine Madness Press.
