This game is a re-imagination of the Robotech timeline, specifically the events surrounding the SDF-1's return to Earth.
The Palladium Books game system will be used, but I have made more then a few changes, so please read over them before making a decision to play.
As the name says elements of this game are re-imagined. This game also follows a naturalistic approach to science fiction, and thus there is little if no anime elements (especially the immature stuff) within it.
The timeline itself has already diverged from the canon timeline in that Rick Hunter and Minmei were killed during the SDF-1's space folded to the orbit of Pluto. This will allow player made characters the ability to change the timeline.
- Who becomes Miss Macross?
- Who saves Misa Hayes (yes I've used the Macross names for some characters) on Mars?
- Who replaces ROy Fokker if he is in fact killed?
- Will a player Nat 20 Khyron and kill him off?
Also please be aware that as seen in the Macross and Robotech the veritech squadrons had something like a 100% plus casualty rate. So you may lose a character or two. I will guarantee that your character will survive their first major sortie/battle. But after that the dice and player decisions may result in character death, or a severe injury.
