Justice League: Emperor Luthor
Qurac & Biayla were at war. The war was on the verge of becoming the third World War. If it did become the third World War some of the players would have no qualms about using nuclear weapons. The Justice League's full time members stepped in to stop the war. The final battle of the war ended with the death of everyone in Qurac & Biayla. In the center of the island a crater was left, in that crater a monument was erected to the members of the Justice League who gave their lives.
Two years after the death of the Justice League Lex Luthor was elected President of the USA. Within a year of his election several nations formed a coalition to destroy the USA. After a series of devastating battles but strategically lost battles President Luthor called for a peace summit to negotiate the surrender of the USA. At the summit President Luthor eliminated the heads of state of every nation that stood against the USA with the powers of Superman. Luthor then led an army of artificial Metahumans called the Infinitors to destroy the military capability of every nation that opposed the USA. Those nations were forcibly integrated into the USA. This led to the USA's allies to stand up and fall to President Luthor and the Infinitors. During his second term as President he declared himself Emperor. As Emperor Luthor he led the world to an era of unprecedented peace and prosperity beyond anyone's imagination.
Seventy years after the death of the Justice League the monument to them was a forgotten relic to a bygone era. The monument exploded and in the dust laid the unconscious members of the Justice League. When they awoke they found a world of absolute peace a utopia where there was no violence, no murder, no starvation, no poor. Everything that plagued the planet was cured by Emperor Luthor and his Infinitors.
