In the darkened, ghost haunted streets of Doskvol, people struggle to make a living. Some take to the ink black waters of the open ocean, chasing greats demons aboard the Leviathan Hunters, risking sanity and death within the light-less expanse. Others toil for meager pay in the factories, churning out goods that are shipped off to far off cities. Still others live off the misery of others, sitting atop their gilded thrones and all too happy to reap the rewards of others work. The desperate turn to crime, preying on anyone they can just to scrape together a living.

But some choose instead to risk everything for control of their own destinies.

Together, these daring rogues band together, relying on each other to reach higher than their station, to grasp at riches just beyond their reach. Most fail, finding only death and misery. Others reach only so far, scratching out their place in the world and settling for what they have. But a few reach higher still, carving for themselves true infamy, their names spoken of in hushed tones filled with respect and envy.

Which, then, shall you be? Do you risk everything in the search for a better life? Will you struggle, fight, push, until you sit at the top? Would you dare to take your fate into your own hands, no matter what that may cost you? Or will you fall, like so many before you, forgotten by all?

Let us see then, what life you can find upon the bleak streets of Duskwall...

Looking for 3-5 Players to run a game of Blades in the Dark. One does not have to have extensive knowledge of the system, newcomers are welcome just as much as veterans. Character/Crew creation will take place primarily after players have been gathered, but if you have a character concept you'd love to explore, I am more than happy to work with you to bring them to life.
