The game is set in the corrupt and dreary city of Thadean, a sprawling urban cesspool of twisting alleys, workhouses, infernal mills and the edifices of the powerful stamping down on those below.
For a few, Thadean is a city of opportunity, wealth and privilege, where they frolic and plot behind the barred gates of their marbled estates. For the rest of the city, it's a purgatory of poverty, violence and disease, where relief is rare and fleeting.
It's a city of predators full of every type of tyrant, gang, corrupt official, grifter, charlatan, murderer and vice peddlar. Their prey are the men and women just trying to get through their lives.
It's a city where you start work the day you can walk, you're lucky if you live past your twenties, and where the only constant is pain.
Are you willing to walk its streets?
What Crawls Beneath is a rules-lite Homebrewed system drawing inspiration from Blades in the Dark, focusing on a small group of ordinary people thrown together to try to survive and prosper in a city without mercy.
I am currently looking for 3-6 players looking for a character focused
