Have you ever been in a party with 3 Magic-Users? What about 4? We have a Magic-User available for adoption, still first level so plenty of time and opportunities to put your stamp on his character. Wanted: Active players who can log in/post 2-3 times per week. We currently have a Druid, a Dwarven Fighter/Cleric and potentially a half-elf Cleric/M-U available for adoption.

This is a 1st Edition AD&D game with most Unearthed Arcana rules as well. Many characters are on the cusp of reaching 2nd level.

Due to quite a few players dropping out soon after creating new characters, new players will need to run an orphaned character for some time before being given the opportunity to create a new character. We need to know new players will not ghost the rest of the playing group as soon as they join the game.

When I first started this campaign I had thought to make it open to as many people who wanted to play however since implementing private threads for each player character that has placed a cap on the number of players which seems to be working well so far. This also means that new players will need to play an adopted character until a new vacancy is created when a current character dies or retires.

Currently there is a human Magic-User and a dwarf fighter/cleric available, all the other slots are taken.

Party is in desperate need of an active thief. We currently have a human thief and a dwarf fighter/thief both available for adoption. Neither character has had a player to date that served these characters well. Rarely have either character had more than a one line post and I can count on one hand the number of attempts to use any of their thief skills (for which x points are awarded in this game). There are no evil players allowed in this game however still many opportunities for an active thief player, especially when the party is in the Free City of Greyhawk, the city of thieves!

We have a vacancy in the playing group for a character with Thief Skills. There are two NPC's available for adoption. A Dwarven Fighter/Thief in the current party and a female Monk that can be re-introduced or a new player can generate a new thief character.
This is a large party (12 active players) with only one human thief, so a backup is very much needed.

Our human thief has just leveled up and now the player is retiring. This is the only thief in a party that regularly visits the City of Greyhawk. There are lot's of role playing opportunities available for someone who likes thieves.

We've had a couple of players ghost us since the Xmass break and now have some orphans available for adoption:

Half-Orc Fighter/Cleric 1/1
Half-Elf Fighter/Magic-User 1/1
High Elf Fighter/Magic-User/Cleric 1/1/1

They all have some X Points but they are relatively new to the adventuring group which is large (14 characters) and being multi-classed all need more X Points to level up (most of the party are 2nd level).

Anyone interested in a 1st Edition AD&D game (Greyhawk setting) with one of these characters can send an RTJ to discuss your options.

Salochin the Bold is a 2nd level Cleric of Kord and probably the senior character in this playing group. He was first to 2nd level and almost certainly will be the first to 3rd level however his controlling player has ghosted the playing group. If anyone is interested in taking on the role of this warrior priest (not multi-classed but has very much been played as a warrior priest) you can send an RTJ but don't hesitate as vacancies are filled very fast in this party.
