This game is set in Core Earth. This is like modern Earth but life plays out more like an action movie. As a result, there is slightly more magic and religious energy; in the right hands, such power can work wonders.

Core Earth has been invaded by raiders from many different worlds. Where they invade, they transform their invasion zones into someplace else.

Core Earth, however, has called people to its defense. Some are natives, while others are heroes who have come from the invading worlds and are willing to help. These heroes are actively being recruited by an international agency called the Delphi Council. They supply gear and travel (and anything else needed for the mission, if they can get it) for missions to disrupt the invaders and thwart their plans.

You are a team of these heroes. The populace refers to heroes like you as Storm Knights. You have the power to manipulate reality using Possibility Energy to accomplish extraordinary feats and withstand massive blows that would kill the average person. You also have ways to alter Destiny to your favor thanks to your sponsorship by Core Earth.

Now, 90 days after the invasion (people call it the invasion instead of the invasions because all the invaders attacked within a 24-hour period), enough heroes have been recruited to start making coordinated attacks against the invaders. The first goal is learning what is going on. Delphi Council Director Quinn Sebastian knows some things, but more information would help. Next goal is to slow or stop the invading forces, followed by growing and improving yourself to handle more opposition. Are you up for the task?
