There is balance in all things, life and death, good and evil. Promise and heartache. Found at the edge of the deepest waterfall is a giant statue none quite understand who made, why she exists, and why she never seems to erode from the pressure of the water cascading around her. She stands taller than the water level, head held high, arms outstretched bearing the weight of her City, the City of the Matriarch.
In the quiet hours of the night, if one listens hard enough, a heartbeat might be heard. For some, worried that their misdeeds might be discovered, it is foreboding, the sign of the ever watchful Matriarch. For others, comforting as a mother's voice to a babe, the sign of the ever watcher Matriarch...
Six arms reach out to her sides, each holding a City district. Six arms watched over by the Matriarch even if her gaze never seems to waiver, for the city is her lifeblood. Her arms serve as the pathways from one district to the next, allowing her people to move between them as long as their steps are sure.
But be wary, for while all are welcome, there are eyes watching over the city, only allowing so much. After all, would you allow a threat to your lifeblood stand unchallenged?
This is a moderate paced free form game with plenty of room for characters of all sorts. Come join the fun just starting!
