Considering the time this is set, any Jedi are likely rare so I'll go with my second favorite Star Wars archetype. Droid!

How about a PIT Droid(class 2 engineer), owned and modified by Pirates to keep their ship held together. The pirates are casually wiped out by a Star Destroyer and so WAC-35 (Aces), joins the rebellion to seek vengeance.

I was first thinking of making a graffiti covered Viper Probe Droid, but then I realized it
was large sized and had a repulsor engine, so I downsized. Also, I had no idea that Star Wars 5E even existed before seeing your ad. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
