Things are moving fast! The all-hands meeting is concluding, with chilling news about the financial situation of Fyre&Breem. Unless our lawyers can find paying clients within the week, the company is going under. Perhaps that's why Lawyer Kelly Hughes is pushing the limits of professional ethics with her client, biker gang boss Mackie 'Roadkill' McVey, after getting him out of Rikers Island.

Meanwhile, investor William Stone is getting close and personal with gallerist Rebecca Sinclair, while his wife Lexi Stone is in Paris to promote her yoga app, but instead seems to be doing pretty much the same with French photographer Arsene Corbin.

The name partners are having a tete-a-tete at Sarabeth's, prim and British Mr. Breen and debauched American Mr. Fyre. His PA, Mae Hyo-Rin, is doing her bit to keep the company afloat... through which methods? And how long until they need an angel investor?

But looming large over all this, Russian oligarch Vladimir Orlov is throwing a massive party at his megyacht, The Rusalka. Before it is impounded by the authorities? Is this the case that will make or break Fyre&Breem?

In any case, it's a great week to join the game, just in time to attend Orlov's fiesta!

And we're nearing the 1,000 post mark!

Mostly everyone who is anyone is at the yacht party onboard the Rusalka, Orlov's megaboat... except for biker boss McVey, his aspiring (?) chick Tawny 'Sweetass' Sands (sic), and William Stone and Kelly Hughes, sneaking away to his mansion while his wife Lexi arrives from Paris (with a certain French photographer in tow) to join the party just an hour too late...

At the русалка, the attendance includes none other than exiled British royal Alondra Faemire, name partners Fyre and Breem looking for a new investor (having found one in Stone?), shady Councilman Hector Ramirez (and his paid girlfriend, Irina Kobaleva, on a mission to get dirt on Orlov), cynical lawyer Jacob Zimmer, enterprising physician Vivian Brito, and even the demure lawyer Taylor Lockwood. Soon to be joined by Rick da Boat, Orlov's MC, and Trixie Tracey and her best girls...

So it's a great time to attend the party, be it as an invited celebrity or some particularly skilled gatecrasher, while you still can... or plot something darker on the sidelines.

Vladimir Orlov's party just came to an abrupt end! The Rusalka has been rocked by explosions, and currently half the who's-who of New York is scrambling to get out before it sinks.

You missed the party? Too bad! But you're still in time to join in the rescue efforts, as one of the jet-setters aboard, security personnel, first-responders, law enforcement working on the case, or anything that comes to mind!

Following the recent nautical mishap, our cast are currently taking a deep breath and dealing with the fallout of the recent drama.

As we've also now added some additional members to our GMing team, it's a perfect time to put out a new call for players!

Whether you want to bring a new character, or pick up an existing one, there's plenty to go around, from souless lawyers hungry for their next victims, debutantes and legitimate (and not so legitimate) businessmen, biker gangsters and pretty much anything you could shake a baseball bat at!

If that takes your fancy, do apply inside - we're happy to consider every concept and will do our best to ensure you have plot-hooks and storylines from the start, so you can get stuck in and enjoy a deep, dark and seductive world of mystery, drama, intrigue romance, crime and complaining about prices in upper Manhattan!

The murky and marvellous world of Fyre and Breem has gained some exciting new talents, but we're still open for new players - we're coming up to a time jump, some office re-organisation and some glorious new problems to solve, so a perfect opportunity to join the chaos!

We have successfully time-jumped, so now is an excellent time to enter play!

We welcome new characters but also have a number of existing threads for players to pick up if they wish!

We have added a forensic scientist to our ranks, but plenty more opportunities exist!

We currently have a British royal looking to sue a slanderous newspaper, a suspicious body washing up on a beach, an accountant looking to pay off a madam to keep a scandal from brewing, and a lawyer trying to hide the fact that she spent the weekend dodging a bike gang with a client...

And indeed anything you could possibly want to add to this melting pot of intrigue and vice!

We now have a member of the academic community, albeit one for whom codes of ethics may look closer to... guidelines.

Coming up to a time jump to the weekend so always new opportunities for those seeking legal fun...

We're back from the summer and looking for new players to join the game!

Current developments include:

 - The launch of a new mayoral campaign, but is the devilishly handsome candidate a bit too good to be true?

 - A formerly trusted employee accused of industrial espionage, but is everything quite as straightforward as they claim?

 - The innocence of a biker club president is almost assured, but is there going to be a final twist in the tail?

 - Our new ownership is getting settled into the law firm - now they've seen what life is like on the inside, is new blood required?

Not to mention all manner of personal dramas, conflicts and assignations!

We welcome all applications for different roles either related to existing storylines or starting new ones! It's a good opportunity to get involved now as we spool back up for the autumn and winter, and to get some passion smoldering for the cold months ahead.
