A New Wizarding World(Adult freeForm)
In this magical world powers are bound till the age of 18 where beings will go to a school to hone their skills. It will take seven years before a student will be approved to work in the magical community.
At the school a student will learn all sorts of magic including the Dark Arts. Though this will come in later years. Students will come from all over and even other races like Elves.

So in ways this world is similar but not associated with the World of Harry Potter.
Elves-They are what you would call bi-gender. Though one side is usually more dominant.
Dwarves-Very powerful in magic and artifacts.They are close to human in nature. Al sport facial hair.
Dragonborn-Same as human though they can transform into a dragon. For a long time there was a restriction on them and this has caused many to hate humans.
Other races- Ask and we'll see. Though no God type will be acepted.
