Tales of the Old Margreve is a compilation of adventures published by the Kobold Press, set within an ancient, sprawling forest overflowing with unsettling magic and mystery.

I am looking for a group of four to six players to delve into one of the starting adventures: Hollow.

  Arriving in the small village of Levoča, located on the edge of the expansive Old Margreve Forest, the characters are about to come face to face with a horror recently plaguing the villagers.
  Will they rescue the paltry hamlet's denizens, outsmarting the great evil, or will they succumb to their fate, having crossed paths with the deadly Hollow Man?

I am not planning on this being a fast-paced game; I will try to consistently post at least three times a week. I prefer a more storytelling-oriented type of narration. Your experience with D&D 5e doesn't matter, both newbies and veterans are welcome.

Starting level for this game is going to be 1.

Further character creation details can be found in the game forum, under RTJ: Character creation, etc., post #1. The one important detail I will point out is: there are small debuffs to using magic and maintenance to martial equipment involved. Further posts beyond #1 are not mandatory reading.


What you should include in your RTJ message:
  • Your roleplaying experience and D&D 5e experience;
