Want to Explore? Want Story, Intrigue? Adventure?

Keep in mind I emphasize on quality over quantity;
Also my game focuses alot of social challenges, roleplay puzzles as much as battles, so it isn't always about fighting.

What this game about?

Question: Are you tired of having to wait for others so you can go on an adventure? Tired of having someone leaving the party due to [RL or Disappearance issues] problems giving your current scene frozen to a grinding halt? How about situations where you can't find a good party? And for those shady types, Aren't you also bummed at the prospect of having to save your party members life and stay to risk your own all for etiquette and reputation? Wouldn't be just great for you to hightail it out of there and leave them to fend for themselves while you get to leave with your treasure?

If you think the answers to any of these questions should be YES, then come down up in being a climber! Be your own Hero/Villan!

In the annals of history, long before the stars aligned in their current constellations, the world knew an era of peace and magic, where the lands were lush and the skies were clear. But this age was not to last, for there came the Great Sundering, an event so cataclysmic that it split the very fabric of reality. The earth trembled, the skies raged, and from this chaos, a monument of mystery and might was born - the Tower of Eons.

The Architect of Ages, a figure of legend whose true nature eludes even the wisest scholars, is said to have erected this tower. Some whisper he was a deity seeking to preserve the essence of life amidst the destruction, while others claim he was a mortal who transcended to godhood through this very act of creation. His purpose? To test the mettle of those who would dare to climb, to teach them lessons of survival, wisdom, or perhaps to ensnare them in an endless journey.

In the Age of Discovery, the first of the climbers were summoned. These individuals, from all walks of life across the fractured lands, awoke in personal sanctuaries within the tower - rooms that existed outside the normal flow of time and space. These rooms, humble at first, held the promise of transformation. As each climber triumphed over the tower's challenges, they could mold their space into whatever they desired - a forge for crafting, a library for knowledge, or a haven for rest, reflecting their growth and ambitions. The Tower of Eons is not merely a vertical gauntlet but a labyrinth of enigmas. Its structure defies the mortal understanding of space; the lower levels test one's physical prowess, with creatures of ancient myth guarding the paths. As one ascends, the challenges shift towards puzzles that defy logic, mazes that warp reality, and encounters with beings from realms beyond our own. Higher still, the very laws of magic and time are questioned, where one's actions might echo through the past or where personal fears manifest as tangible foes.

Hidden within this tower are cities, each a microcosm of civilization within the vertical expanse. The City of Start, on the fifth floor, serves as the cradle where new climbers learn of their fate. The City of Progress, higher up, is where innovation and alliances are forged, where one can enhance their gear and delve into new skills. And the City of Wealth, on the twentieth floor, where magical artifacts and opulence are traded, but where one must tread carefully amidst the power games of the affluent. Beyond these known cities, mysteries abound. The tower's floors sometimes shift, adapting to the climber's state of mind or collective will, suggesting a consciousness or perhaps a sentient design. Those who fall within its walls are not entirely lost; their essence becomes part of the tower, sometimes returning as spectral guides or ominous threats. Legends speak of the Architect's Chambers, where one might confront the creator himself, perhaps to challenge his intent or to learn the true purpose of this endless climb.

Each floor conquered bestows Sigils of Honor, not just accolades but keys to deeper secrets and greater power. Gold, artifacts, and knowledge are plentiful, but the real treasure might lie in understanding the tower's purpose or in the potential to reshape one's destiny within its confines.

Now, in this epoch, you stand at the threshold of this monumental saga. You've been summoned to the Tower of Eons, not merely as another test subject but as a potential master of its mysteries. Will you expand your room into a bastion of wisdom or a stronghold of might? Will you navigate the social intricacies of the cities, uncover the hidden lore of the tower, or seek out the Architect for the answers to life's greatest questions?

What this game about?  Disclaimer: I made this game to [Adult], to keep it safe from immaturity, and to capitalize on players knowing that this game has a certain quality to it and I like my players to keep to that standard.
  • This campaign is built on the backbone of D&D 5e (2016 or 2024; your choice).
  • Craft your character's background story. Evil or Good, doesnt matter, everyone is welcome
  • You're not just playing in this world; you're helping to create it. Players are encouraged to contribute to the storyline and the evolving lore of the Tower.
  • While the tower offers gauntlet-like challenges, it's also home to bustling cities. For Exploration and Lore.
  • Decide how you wish to ascend. Tackle floors alone, testing your personal prowess, or gather a party of players or NPCs for a collaborative effort.
  • The Tower features an ever-evolving economy. Engage in trade, barter, and manage resources.
  • Game isn't just about battleing; puzzle & social challenges might lead you to victory.
  • Despite its gauntlet-like structure, this campaign emphasizes roleplay, mystery, and connection.
  • You Start at Level 4
  • You can play solo or team up.
  • Soloing would mean your progress is tied to your availability and not weighed down by others.

If interested just look up the game, and read the RTJ thread carefully.
