Paulo Sancho is sometimes called the 'Bart Sims' of movie directors.  He focuses mainly on action and scifi, but instead of relying heavily on CGI and constant action, he demands compelling performances from his actors and production crews. He know that people make better connections to the audience than animation.

He prefers to hire for skill, charisma and passion rather than name. He has made stars out of C and D listers, and even a few no-names. He reads his talent well, and knows who will draw his audience in.

Despite his preferred genres, Paulo has been nominated 7 times for best picture. Even his one off films are highly acclaimed. One of  his cop shop drama  was more a love story and it was also Nominated.

Dennis is both the Visual and Special Effects supervisor. He is a kind of effects genius, good with both computers and practical effects. He has degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, but is kind of a savant with everything around those. He is also a huge nerd and has an incredible imagination. Dennis has also proven to be a decent people manager as well

Bruno is the Makeup and Hairstyling Director. He is responsible for the makeup and hair of the actors and managing the staff of makeup and hair artists

Gavin is the Stunt coordinator and fight choreographer. He was and is an accomplished stuntman, with extensive training in martial arts and weapons of all kinds. What he doesn't know, he knows someone who does. When not working he's in the gym or training in something. Cole is a 32yo actor. He's 6'1" 190lbs. Nice guy, fit body, and good conversationalist. He likes to select his roles to suit his personal interests, and is very picky about what directors he wants to work for. The money does matter, but the content matters more. Landon is a former Green Beret (Army Special Forces) turned actor for his talent and good looks. He's generally stoic in most situations, but will open up, becoming very personable in social settings. Veronica Schaeffer is 23yo 5'3", daughter of Carl Schaeffer, Hollywood producer, and Isabella Amiati, actress. She's a good actress, but she puts in the work. Having grown up around sets and actors and the whole Hollywood scene has given her a fair amount of knowledge of how it all works. She's got a bubbly kind of personality but while she seems like the girl next door, she has wild side that comes out on occasion and she and doesn't mind drawing others into the crazy with her.

Michael Lawrence is a relatively new actor. He started as an extra and background characters, but was recognized for his charisma and photogeniality. He likes action roles and serious characters. He is a bit intense on stage, but is more easy going off duty. He loves the ladies, never missing a chance to pour on some charm. He's never pushy, but he also never gives up.

Michael is 26, 5'10" 180lbs

Anthony is a former cameraman turned actor. He was discovered when the director of an action movie needed a new second leading antagonist. Anthony's height and impressive presence caught the director's eye and he was given a shot. He was shaky at first but accepted coaching and ended up getting a nomination for best supporting actor. Since then he's  had a few small roles, usually as antagonists in action films. He desperately wants to break out of being type cast and is hoping NJF will be his chance
