   Machins   had  Blown by #22  Finns.. once  more the 'dime ' cam over  machins inside  shoulder and the   fellow Glides the last 10 yards into the endzone..   Dragons   roared   , Jackie  flew and the  sky lit up more   as the  Fames were  tinted green.

Adam waited  for heather.

 Heather came out for the PAT, she was pumped and ready. She got lined up then nodded to Adam, the ball was snapped, Adam grabbed it and placed it down and Heather kicked it right up and straight down the middle it was a perfect beautiful kick.

 Heather gave high fives to Adam and the whole PAT team, she then went over got a drink, then a tee from Lissy and headed out for the kickoff.

 Once everyone was ready Heather nodded to the Ref's, then they blew the whistle and Heather pounded the ball hard into the ground and bounced into the air, Heather tried to follow it and cover her lanes and get ready for blocks or make a tackle at the ball carrier.

   Football's  take  Funny  Bounces  sometime, the   ball bounced    away  from   heather's spot. and Past Emma  who got  Tangled up  and  went  down. RB  #40  Nick Nosh   scooped Up the  ball and  ran  towards  his  sideline  and Up..  three   of his Buddies  were there.. Two of them  Hit  heather.. the other escorted him  into the endzone!

  The stadium ...again..was  dead silent..the cheers of the jets  and many  1 or 2 thousand Jets fans , in the sea of  85,000 people

 Nosh  ran into the end  zone. he was  mobbed by his  teammates.The Jets sideline looked  like they just won the  Superbowl. The  score board showed a Jet drooping  a football into   the endzone, the  explosion maybe  the words ' TOUCHDOWN"

 The Kick return of  the odd Bounce caught  the    contain people  on the Jets  sideline  by surprise.. Emma was sealed of   bu a Block and Heather  was  taken out By two Blockers.. Jer s was   run out of  Bounds by a blocker and NOsh ran away From Bright .

 Salcido  and   Cruz  were caught up in the wash.. and   Harley   found her  Buddy  who  tried to send her    in  the  Dorms from where she stood..

The  sudden  silent building was more  intimidating  when the sounds that were heard , were from the jets  Bench  and  ..maybe..2000 fans.

 The Flight Crew  was down in the endzone  dancing up a storm..

 it happened  again after the PAT, and as they went to commercial..Ghe Jets were, indeed, 'flying high"

   Kansky  tried to  kick the  Ball out of the endzone, but he was  kicking into the  slight breeze that was growing as the   sun went down.... Mik took the ball  5  yards deep   , all he did  was  yell HOSER!!

  GOT IT!    Adam sprinted to  the     Gunner who  slipped  past Jers  as he fell down.. The Gunner  set  for  Adam  to 'set up' his block... Adam  didn't  set up anything.    He sprinted    right through  the DB.. #20   Dave  Voss  was  obliterated   his helmet  flew  off  as he  laned   2  yards  out of bounds..  Adam was  rolling to stand up and Chase   after    Mik, for another Block . Jers  had    got  up and Slammed into LB Sam Starks  and  brought him   down.

 Bronko  and the Linebackers    either went down with their   targets   or   walled them Off,, Miggie  was the Only Hope  to   stop  Mik, and he    did, as Mik  tried to Hurdle  the  DB   Miggie    Tripped  him,   Mik came down hard  at the  dragon 43...

 Adam was in the side judge's face pointe  to Miggie for tripping. The ref  told Adam to 'go away"

 The Jets took a chance  and  Unloaded  everyone, except  Duce.       Duke  just  managed to   dump the   ball off to Adam who cut off his route when he saw all the backers   charge  forward.. Duce.. Saw   Adam break and let Ben go ..  Duke  Hit the   ground under  1000 pounds of   beef  , just as  Adam was slammed into  , and picked up  6  yards.

 Once again the   Dragons  lined up, the jets seemed to be  keeping up, bit both the    last plays were  short.

  Duke  called  for  both backs in the flats, with the three recovers , sprinting  once again down  field, the snap came  and recovers  ran.

Ben set off fast, determined to outrun whoever chased after him... and this time it worked!

The ball flew straight and hard into his hands, he tucked it away, and increased speed, dimly aware of Jets failing to keep up with him. After all, Dragon wings ought to outfly aircraft, being magical and all.

Almost before he knew it - yet the endzone seemed so far away - he was there, all by himself. Almost gently, he placed the ball on the ground for the score... then started a Dragon Stomp that was echoed by the Dragonettes on the sidelines and, from the sound of it, half the fans in the stadium.

He revelled in the noise, dancing down the field and off towards the Dragons' sideline.

 The Jets seemed to be  over thinking. Ben   had been quiet, save  for one pass. Adam  was getting fed, but the Backs  where active as well.. the 'off receiver' had  hurt them Once.

  Duke,  fake to  Mik in the Flat, and his   eyes  shifted  to Adam..  Finns    dropped   deeper  even as  Adam widened the  gap, which brought  Duce over, a shoulder  fake to Stalls  and Grooms   jumped  leaving Ben  to  catch the throw  down the Middle, The extra  Pump cost Duke  to be slammed into the Ground, But he  watched the screen to see  the out  come of the Play..his   hand  went in the air as he  sat   up, being pulled to his   feet  By Thomas( whose   man had hit  duke!)

The  crowd , living on a roller-coaster now, was Back up on a high point.. Screaming    , clapping   and 'stomping'... Green fire  roared  from  Scoreboard   Dragons, and  the plucky little  Jackie  flew once more. The  cartoon  Big Ben   gonged 6  times, as Lissy Dragon and the Dragonettes  did  the   Big Ben Bong, and then dragon stomped off the field.

  Adam High  Five  Ben, Stalls  and Mik whacked his back as they  ran off the Field  the PAT team  came.

Adam waited  for heather.

 Heather gave Ben a high five then headed out to the field for the PAT. Once everyone was ready Heather nodded to Adam. The ball was snapped Adam caught it and put it down and Heather kicked it. The ball went up and it was easily good.

 Heather gave high fives to the PAT team and went to get her tee for the kickoff.

 Heather then went out for the kickoff, she waited then when the whistle blew she pounded the ball into the ground and it popped up over there first line. A backup running back picked it up and then was demolished by Emma coming full speed at the Jets 45. Heather smiled and headed to the sidelines.

 Hollen's team came out, taking a page from the dragons from the Dragon Playbook   as the   crowd chanted   for the defense

  he   gave   hand  signs, the ball was snapped back   ., he  hit Hoagie Bunns #17, who Picked up 8 Yards  Before   Cruz  met him  face to  face. The smallish wide out went  down, Flickign the ball to the ref  and Lined up.

Screams  and cheers   exploded   around the Building as   Adam ran to the Official  and tossed him the  ball the Hurried to  line up..he didn't  have to 'point for a first down".. the refs  would do that for him, and the Fans  rubbed it into  the defense

This  was when the Dragon condoning took over.. Duke had the rest of the team running down filed  like there was 30 seconds left in the game...73  yards later they were Lining  Up..and the Jets had to call a time out, as 6  Jet defenders  couldn';t  catch  the slowest of the Dragon offense.

 The Time  out   cale d  Adam shook his head  in disgust,,, Babs  and  another  trainer  ran onto the filed with squirt bottles   and Duke talked to Sims.

   as the outside backers  dropped to the slots and DBs  tried to cover the  rcivers,  Havers    tried to  Blitz,  Klay made a 'half hearted  attempt  to  Block him, and  Duke Lobbed the Ball between Haver's  hands  as  the MLB crushed Duke .. with  none one in the Middle,  Klay  snagged the 'softball' and   almost walked the last  3 yards into the endzone..

 Once more.  Green dragon fire  lit up the  dark, cloudy night.. a  cartoon Dragon with Klay's number  danced  across the screen..

 Heather went out for the PAT giving high fives to the offense. Once they were already heather nodded and the ball was snapped, Adam grabbed it put it down and Heather kicked it, but a Jets LB jumped through put his arms up and blocked the kick, Heather dove on it so it wouldn't be returned. Heather was pissed but it was a bad blocking assignment, hopefully they could get the ball back and get more points.

 Heather made her way to the sidelines to get a tee from Lissy Dragon and headed back out for the kickoff. Heather waited till the whistle blew and then hammered the ball hard into the ground, ot bounced high over the first line hit a jets player and bounced around. Emma was hustling she saw the ball and jumped on it, Dragons recovery on the Jets 45. Heather was very happy as she headed off the field after giving the ball back to the Dragons Offense.

  The   NFL finance committee  and   certain companies loved Dragon football..there were  always  more chance to get your Commercials  shown.. during the regular season some spot  were   ignored to keep the games running close to time for the networks.

  one extra commercial for the 2nd quarter was on..Showing    Adam, Mik, Lindsey and   Mindy in new york  with their bomb burgers..and   the  rivals shop down the  street being....BOMBED...

The ad  was shown on the Big  screens  and Adam just had to Laugh  as  Mik   punched his arm and Grinned.

Miggie started  to   head towards  Bronk who was grinning his  'half  smile'..The Umpire shouted  at  Miggie .. and   The White Hat turned to  Penall( who had a brand new head set) and pointed to Miggie..who in turn, was bitched out  by  Penall.

 Havers  helped him up..was that  worth the 10 Yards?  Duke  grinned  as he  waved the players to line up..Its all good grant. I have  2 weeks before i have to play again!

 The Dragons  Partied  as Jackie Flew... Lissy  Dragon  ran out with the   Dragonettes.. and they shouted...  The  Scoreboard  showed   massive letters  that said...

The ball sailed left badly, it hit the left upright and bounced away the kick was no good. Heather was upset but they did their best with the bad snap. Heather went and got a tee from Lissy.

 Heather went out for the kickoff. She smiled and when the refs blew the whistle she ran up and pounded the ball into the ground ot flew up over first wave and then a backup Wipeout caught it he moved up but Heather was locked in and smothered the wide out at the Jets 45, the runner was lucky to hold onto the ball with su h a hard good hit and tackle.

 Heather helped the Jet up and headed for the sidelines.
