Correct, 4 Actions. You could make a combat post, too. Roadkill will continue to slow down this turn and stop. You could always go off your previously-posted Actions.

As a note, Roadkill is unlikely to turn the rig around as it has a trailer. A major production! Much more likely to back it up. There's a country-western song that's called "Give Me Forty Acres (to Turn This Rig Around)" and the title pretty much says it all.

Yep, it's keep only the highest single die!

Posse: This should be the last combat turn. The last Black Hat is dead (although his grenade hasn't gone off) and the others are scattering. Get your actions in, I'll NPC Crichton and Sullivan if they need it.

Sorry, I forgot to say this is not a regular roll, which is "roll your die pool and take the single highest". It's "roll your Spirit and add all together". As usual, dice are open-ended.

You can use Fate chips to modify this roll. (In this case, chip spends are 1 White = +1 die, 1 Red/Blue = +2 dice.)

Trejo: 27 - ?
Schaeffer: 2 (rolled 6, so damage 0)
Rowan: 13 - 17 = 0
Peter: 11 - ?
Jane: 41 - 4 = 37 (Maimed/Fatal Wound to Guts/Chest)
Crichton: 11 - ?
Sullivan: 3 - 8 = 0
Smoker: 9 - 33 = 0
Roadkill: 37 - 8 = 29 (Critical Wound to Guts/Chest)

Wound Levels are taken internally to the Guts (torso) at 6 points per level (Light, Heavy, Serious, Critical, Maimed) so anyone who takes over 30 points (Maimed) is in bad shape and blacks out. That doesn't mean you'll die, however!

see?  I had the "thud" part right.  I was the lucky recipient of the most damage with Roadkill coming in second.  Think somebody is trying to tell us something?
