That's fifteen wind loss.  Spending two white chips to take it down to only 5 wind loss.

Re: Combat

OOC: I have to say, it's kind of effing annoying that you can't reroll max AND keep the highest die. So that's a 13 total.

22:06, Today: Secret Roll: Peter Firecrow rolled 8 using 3d8, keeping the highest dice only. Quickness.
22:06, Today: Secret Roll: Peter Firecrow rolled 5 using 1d8. Quickness, rerolling max.

Marshall's Note: Card draw has been made and included as PM to player. Added note, the wording on the dice roller is unclear, but you can ask both to keep the highest die and reroll max, it's not "either or" although it sounds like it. Screwed up using the dice roller by recording a total rather than the highest but the final result is a 5.  I'll get it right next time!  Sorry.

I also got 5. For some reason, my dice roller also recorded the highest result. Though, I thought I selected "Keep highest".

Marshall's Note: Card draw has been made and included as PM to player.[Private to Jane Guin: Seven of Hearts, Five of Hearts.]

Who knows? Rpol is stable but occasionally has errors. You need to specify keep Highest 1 or else it just gives a total. Not a big deal if the individual numbers are recorded.

Re: Combat

You rolled 19 using 3d8, rerolling max ((4,(8+6)14,1)).

So 14 is my best total. I'm a little unclear on the mechanics of how you want to run this ambush as far as the sleeved cards. Are we all starting with an additional sleeved card (effectively held over from the previous round) to represent our readiness? Or are we being allowed to automatically have our highest card pre-sleeved, or something else?

Marshall's Note: Card draw has been made and included as PM to player. See OOC Thread for combat particulars. [Private to Ian Roadkill Colby: Eight of Hearts, Six of Hearts, Five Spades.]
