My Guts check:

My attack rolls:
I applies a -8 penalty, -2 for being Queasy, and -6 for a head shot.

08:01, Today: Dakota Jack Cardinal rolled -1 using 5d8-8, keeping the highest dice only, rerolling max with rolls of 7,2,6,6,6.

All his Actions until the end of the fight are at -2 unless you spend a White chip. Have you spent any White chips?

Ok rolled crap on the Dodge roll, so I said "aww hell" and spent a red chip lol. So my total Dodge roll is 8 if I can do that. I have not removed the red chip from my sheet just yet. But sadly you get a chip lol.

Ha, 2 Actions is fine.

I will try and do card draws ASAP. It being the beginning of the week it's a little tough as I am working 12-hour shifts with no access to the Initiative decks. I know the dice roller has a random deck but I like to pull actual cards because that way the decks cycle and no duplicate cards can be drawn. Plus, old school!

On my to-do list is to add the house rules for Leadership. As well, an idea I had for spending sleeve cards.

Dakota drew a Black Joker. He loses all his actions for the turn!

On the plus side, Vundra drew a Red Joker so he goes first. If he sleeves this card he can use it to automatically pre-empt any enemy turn.

Hello,

Both Smoker and Peter pass, because you add in your Grit (+3) to Fear checks.

Everyone plus Dakota would have one point for taking out the posse of Doombringers outside Las Cruces.

Peter, Rowan, Jane and Smoker would get a second for defeating the anti-Bishop and the coven of undead witches in the Cathedral of Bone in the Wichita ruins, and a third for taking out Modeen, the Anti-Templar! (They all have Grit 3.)

Vundra will have earned none. But his Brave edge would add +2 to the Guts check, close but no cigar. Rowan and Jane are also Brave, they both roll +5 on Guts checks!

I had to think of where the 3rd point of Grit came from (first was from the Doombringers, second was the Anti-Bishop) and remembered Modeen!
