Looks like 3 hits. Two from the first burst and one from the second. I'll use my raise on the first burst to bump the first bullet to the noggin. The second rolled a natural gizzards and the bullet from the second burst rolled lower guts.

Tinkerin roll on the bikes - I can't remember what TN an Onerous check is but I'm guessing that the 23 is a success with one or even two raises! <G>

In a sense this is also considered in between "sessions", so you can either spend your chips on new skills or at least convert them to Bounty and bank them for later.
