Otherwise, I think you need to buy consumables for each of Gideon.

I believe each clone comes equipped with the same equipment, including consumables. Anything used counts as used, but once one has used it, I believe the others can too (or might as well use it because it'll be considered consumed at the end of battle).

Clone battles tend to be a bit more loosey goosey.

If you want to make sure the above is correct, simply stipulate you want each clone to have the same equipment and any consumables may be used by each clone, but count as consumed if used by any one. IE Gideon has a potion of flying and two potions of barkskin. Each clone may use a potion of flying. If a single clone uses a single potion of either type, it counts as used at the end. If three clones use one potion of Barkskin each, only one is consumed at the end.
