Having thought out his move ahead of time, Antaeus smiles through scorched lips. You know, that scorching ray is pretty good. I'll have to look into picking it up he says as he quick-casts a Haste Spell. Armed with a guisarme, he has no need to charge. He simply moves forward as much as he can in this six second period, and lashes out with his guisarme, drawing no attacks of opportunity. He even has the luxury of charging his blade with a Shocking Grasp, just to make Yangash feel all warm and comfy.

This was it. The crowds were roaring with excitement. The final of 7 matches between Yamgash and his long time rival and the still undefeated Antaeus.
Somehow the gods of luck had turned their favor to Yangash in the past series of fights and he hoped they would not avert their gaze for the last of them.
Falling into his routine, the only way he had discovered he was able to beat Antaeus, Yangash once more sends two bolts of fire towards his foe and awaits his comming, sacrificing his magic to imbune his weapon for but a moment.
Is if fortelling the half giant's doom, Yangash's first Ray strikes a critical spot on Antaeus dealing a devastating blow followed by a relatively painless second bolt.

Yangash thinks of the many mays he could kill Antaeus this instant. He could step back and send a volley of Scorching rays one after the other and burn Antaeus to cinders. He could infuse both his hands with shocking magic and electrify the giant. Or, his personal favorite, he could do what he always did. Place everything he had into one brutal swing and lop the giant in half with his mighty chain.

However, in this instant, Yangash's desire for blood was overflowing. Stepping forwards to his foe, Yangash opted for his favored method of attacking: brutal and deadly. However, Yangash controlled his strike as he knew Antaeus could use his blade at a moment's notice to block his own attack.

Yangash, swinging his chain in a power arc, brimming with electricity and raw arcane power, delivers a fatal blow to Antaeus, claiming victory over the Half-Giant. A feat unacomplished by any in the arena thus far.
