Re: OCC Thread

Hmm. Think re-trying the spell is going to have to wait. Even with spending a Drama Point the chances of success aren't favourable. I really should have put more into Occult than Knowledge.

Re: OCC Thread

Annabelle, Lance, and Buffybot each get one drama point since they were stuck being captives for part of the ep.

Aaron gets one drama point for his heroic efforts in finishing off the Turok underground.

Everybody gets 3 experinece points for this episode.

Except Michael, who gets 4 experience points.  Special extra point added for recogninzg my Darth Sidious tribute in the last scene.

Okay troops, we're going to take two week hiatus before begining the next episode.  It's a busy time for me at work, so I don't want to get rolling on the next episode until things calm down a bit.

Episode 2-9 will begin approximately July 19th at which time Annabelle, Lance, and Buffybot will have a nice talk with the mayor while Mike and Aaron decide what their next destination is.

"Take your Slayer stake. Strike me down and your journey to the Dark Si...I mean Forces of Darkness will be complete!"

Something I'd like to remind Aaron of.

There is such a thing as 'armor.'

And Leather Jackets (for Mike) and Tweed coats (for Aaron and all Watchers, really...) count as 2 points of armor.

Just sayin'. Might save your life someday to wear the official tweed jacket. But yeah, from now on, I've got the leather jacket bonus.

Re: OCC Thread

I'd probably go the leather jacket route too. It fits with the motorcycle better.

Re: OCC Thread

Ok season 7 done.  May I say the first is an idiot lol. Maybe its just me but I see a few mistakes made by the first.  On another note have any of you read the comics of seasons 8-10?

Re: OCC Thread

I read season 8 and was kinda thrown for a loop by it. It really wasn't what I expected, so I never really read the later ones. I probably should at some point though.

Re: OCC Thread

I'm back and episode 9 is off and running.  Post at will.

Noted: Aaron and Mike now have 2 points of body armor due to leather jackets.  That 2 points could make a big difference.  Any armor protection is deducted before any extra multiplying effect.

Re: OCC Thread

Yep. And it stacks with natural toughness too.

Which is 4 points of armor that works only against bashing. But still :)

Re: OCC Thread

Not sure. It feels kinda like they're trying to flush us out of cover. So on the one hand we should take them out, but if there are too many of them... I guess that's why we have Drama Points ;)

Describe the vest. Is it one sided?

Cause it's well worth stabbing him in the back if it is.

...Hmmm.

What's the armor rating? Is it the full swat team outfit?

A vampire hardly needs a bullet proof vest, after all.

Yes.  He has a helmet with the visor down.  However his neck area is unprotected.

He's unprotected from the waist down as well. Aaron's two arrows to the groin are going to hurt big time.

Re: OCC Thread

Perhaps Michael should spend a plot twist DP.  He has a healthy supply of drama points and I don't think he's had the opportunity to spend a plot twist DP in a while.  If ever, I'm drawing a blank on the last time he spent a plot twist DP.
