The Mythal of Kylterran

The Mythal in Kylterran is a permanent epic level magic ritual that covers a 25 mile diameter area with the Millenium Tree of Epim at its exact center. It was created by some of the most powerful magic users in Palladium, Toril and other worlds. The essence of Max, a powerful mystic creation, and the Archmage Lintabo were incorporated into the Mythal during its creation giving it a limited form of sentience. To that end all inhabitants of the Mythal operate at -25% of their permanent PPE base while inside its confines. This additional PPE is used to fuel the Mythals powers and abilities.

Mythal Abilities and their Creators

Thoth
No evil gods, Alien Intelligences or similar creatures can enter the Mythal.  Any attempts to kidnap or remove a person in the Mythal for evil intent results in the offender being teleported to Kylterran's holding area.

Khelben Blackstaff
Any creatures born inside the mythal is impervious to normal disease and enjoys a tripled life expectancy.

Mensor
Mythal negates all time manipulation magic and technology and does not permit 4th dimensional, astral,temporal and similar beings.

Lobel
The weather is constantly temperate and comfortable.  Everyone in the Mythal enjoys the power of tongues.

Simbul
Any creature living in the Mythal for more than 5 years is impervious to normal projectiles inside the Mythal.  Any creature fighting in defense of Kylterran gains impervious to horror factor, +5 to all combat rolls and saves, and fatigues at half their normal rate.

Dalamar
Mythal prohibits all scrying, teleportation.  Teleporters find the holding cell.

Elminster
Certain areas in the Mythal grant a X5 bonus to healing.  Mythal ghost, harmful offensive magic and destructive area of effect spells are absorbed by the Mythal.

Alter Occubus
Land in the Mythal is 10xs more fertile.  Crops never fail or need to be rotated.  Wood and trees are as strong as steel and impervious to fire.

Occubus
Children conceived and brought to term inside the Mythal likely inherent magical/extraordianry properties.

Darsan
Mythal inhibits possession both magically and telepathically.

Ariel/Jack
No demons, deevils, or undead can exist within the Mythal in any way.

Luk
 Any creature living within the Mythal for 5 years or more gains invulnerability 1x daily inside the Mythal. (125 SDC)

Smokey Walls
Everyone within the Mythal saves against psionics as a master would and receives perfect vision and nightvision (120 ft).

Laurana
  An energy disruption spell affects any electrical technological device inside the Mythal.

Turil/Torate
Everyone within the Mythal has very pleasant sleep and never has nightmares. Mythal trained Warlocks can cast spells at one half PPE cost anywhere within fifty miles of the Mythal. Mythal born Warlocks gain an additional spell selection every other level.

Dragan/Alustriel
A 10 mile area around Occubus's house enhances sexual pleasure

Tysaara
Any magical item/artifact that heals requires no PPE and can be used unlimitedly.

Solarius
Every day at dawn and again at dusk, everything inside the Mythal is affected by the cleanse spell.

King Haree
A featherfall catches anyone/anything falling that would harm anyone inside the Mythal.
