Re: Route from Lotan to Cabain
Kree Crouches near the dog when they take a rest. He looks the dog over..he puts his hand out slowly, with his plam up . He talks soothingly to DSnare, but still has the firmness couched in his voice.
When Snare puts up his paw to shake, Kree gives the paw a gentle pump, then takes the time to study the paw...Look here...at this paw... he says to Clair. he lets that paw loose, holding out the other hand. when Snare lifts up the same paw, he chuckles and says,"..no other one.." and taps the beastoes other shoulder. When that paw comes up he studies it as well. After letting the second paw down, He pats the dogs head and stading,..It would seem..Snare has been trained for hunting. The obvious sign is his luck with the rabbits. But look athis paws, they are well padded from trips into the trees, and fileds , i would say. Guard dogs tend to have the front claws broken and jagged, from puling on the chain and such...I am thinking, Next time we make camp. Clair and I take him into the trees a space, and see if he will track on command....alos? If the Wee Beastie was a pet of a Woodsman, there is a good chance they taught him to watch, or guard...we will have top experiment. He seems overy bright for a slaver dog...We killed many of thier dogs, that were just mindless beasts , that werre used to chase down runaways. or help devour corpses...
