In reply to Maki (msg # 253):

as the group starts out, Bruga starts to phase in and out, sometime his leg, arm or head or just his back.  This goes on for a while until even Bruga can tell it is happening.   Finally he is completely visible.

everyone roll a D20 - let's see how bad this encounter goes ;)

In reply to Bruga Honeyfinder (msg # 260):

Loud noise - like many little feet are crashing through the woods toward your direction.   nothing yet in view.

You guess you have a round before seeing whatever it is crashing through the woods and then melee if it comes to that.

Actions

OOC - Almosy had the magic combo but alas, you have an encounter, now let;s see how you play it :)

As Amarisa hears the noise she looks around, moving behind the boys to not get into their line of fire or be hit by something she is not ready to handle. Bracing herself as she readies to fire off a spell.

Wondering as well, what it might be, Maki prepairs his shield and long sword. "Remember don't attack until we can determine who or what it is."

A bunch are rushing at the group - or at least you think rushing at the group.

About 20 have broken the tree line and are now upon the group.   those taking the time to look note that the faces of the Goblins are strained and wide eyed but eying the group as they charge.   they are armed with hand axes and shields.

The group has first round init - Actions -

Maki moves enough to the side, that the goblins may pass if they wish to. If they turn to face him, his shield is ready.
He tries to position himself so, that the spell casters will be behind him.
