And, of course, I’ll understand if, like the questions about Professor Anderson, it is something you can’t tell us right now and that we’ll probably learn in year 5.
Were we expected to realize that Professor Prince was a vampire? (If she actually is). Did we miss important clues/fail to do something you had been hoping we would do?
I will admit that I’d assumed that she would be leaving due to something vampire related. But, I’d guessed it would be a case where she’d brought a vampire to the school as part of the research she got so annoyed with Amanda asking about rather than her being a vampire herself.

at 06:56 | Re: Still yet another O.O.C.Well, that plotline didn't get to be fully developed the way I had wanted it to be with all the delays on my part. The only part of her story that I had developed was her parallels to Lupin as the year three DADA teacher and her obvious obsession with Vampires. I mentioned a little bit in her description as well.
As of right now, I see that her plot had a few holes in it that probably would ahve been ironed out over the course of the year if it had gotten played out, but it sadly did not.
Wondering what the posting issue for everyone else is. Must be a busy time of year.

at 12:31 | Re: Still yet another O.O.C.I’ve been wondering if it’s a case of everyone waiting on someone else. i.e. Shimazu waiting on Athene’s response to her revelation about being a half-breed while Athene is waiting on Shimazu’s response to Amanda’s last post. Robert could be waiting on both of them and have decided that it doesn’t make sense to answer the question Amanda asked him about the dragon teeth because the conversation has moved on from that. Meanwhile, Ganah could be waiting for our conversation to continue a bit before he comes over to say hi (if that’s what he’s planning to do). Etc.
Or, it could just be that everyone is busy.
Meanwhile, while Amanda had a few questions she’d wanted to ask James (relating to the newspaper articles this summer), she won’t do it in front of the new students. So that possible conversation thread will probably end up waiting for the train. (And, no, this is not a hint to the new people to leave our table. I don’t mind waiting and asking those questions later).

Honestly?, it seemed that despite one group at the ice cream shop, there were several conversations going on at once and he would not know these strangers who all of a sudden were sitting amongst his friends?. They are all wrapped up in their own conversation with the others.
