Re: Episode 1: The Search for Luke Skywalker Begins
"Interesting enough as it is, I think my friend there is right. The coordinates would be greatly appreciated. After all, it wouldn't be good for you to try and withhold information we need, especially when you risk only getting this much of your shipment.
Allow me to formally introduce myself; I'm Tehrk. The coordinates we need are important, but I believe not so important as to risk losing the rest of your shipment, hmm? If I'm not mistaken, you used one of the Ridonal Scavenging Sector's containers.
... A class four container, no less. Those are destroyed immediately upon acquisition of materials that are dangerously radioactive or otherwise volatile. Let alone that, but I also have information about a particular individual who attempted to, quite slyly, sell us YOUR glitterstim shipment."
Tehrk put on an honest face for the Neimoidian and waited for the instance to sink in just long enough for the alien to realize what was going on.
"I work with the boss of the Coruscant Ridonal Sector. If you're willing to give us the information we need, I'm willing to turn my eyes from the issue and pretend it never happened. I'm also willing to drop the information of the backstabbing punk who tried to sell you short, just as a goodwill gift"
Smiling, Tehrk only tried to play up Chemosh's attitude and business-like nature. At the least, if the Neimoidian valued his own financial gain, he'd see that information in exchange for not losing any profitable sources was almost stealing from them. Tehrk was hoping he'd fall into that.
02:06, Today: Tehrk Ridonal rolled 25 using 1d20+9 with rolls of 16. Persuasion (Not trying to persuade or force Findos into accepting the offer, just trying to use persuasion to make the offer sound much more convincing or justified)
