OOC: This is my understanding of the boarding party as it stands.  Dr. Keefe can come, but may not be very useful.  MGT rules are pretty brutal to unskilled people in vacc suits at this tech level and Dr. Keefe has no vacc suit knowledge whatsoever.  If Thera's character isn't coming, her player can control Doc or Dagala for the boarding so no one is left out of the fun. :)

Jacques inspects everyone's vacc suit in the passenger lounge to verify they are all in top working order. He is quick, but by the time he is done, most everyone in the boarding party has begun to sweat.  It may be the bulk, heaviness, and clumsiness of the suits, but the unknown situation they'll be facing soon may have something to do with it too.

Suzain is still drifting, silent and dead.  Occasionally, a bit of debris drifts loose from her damaged turret.

Gypsy Moth's launch is crowded with five suited personnel.  Jacques powers her up.

Jim was sporting a distinctly unhealthy pallor visible through his visor.  He muttered to himself as he fidgeted with his suit, "..it just had to be spinning - with no gravitics for crying out loud.. and with everyone gun happy.. "

All the military gear around him was definitely not improving his mood.  He wasn't buying the pirate theory - what pirate would leave themselves so vulnerable as to not have the power plant at least warmed up, especially with an armed ship nearby?  No, he was more concerned about the lack of apparent physical damage to the Suzain.  Though quarantine would be a lot easier if they could setup shop inside Suzain...

Jack checked and double-checked everyone's suits as quickly as he could, making sure safety patches were accessible, comms and seals were working, etc. He didn't like Doc's looks, the man seemed queasy, but they didn't have a much of a choice at this juncture.

Stowing the gear for safety as well as quick deployment, Jack was just settling in to the launch's pilot couch when the railgun went off and Suzain's turret took a hit. "Bloody hell, Thera!" Jack breathed. "A warning would have been nice."

After making sure Thera's itch had been scratched, Jack eased Gypsy 2 out and away from her mooring. "Hayden - should we check the scarred area near the cargo bay or head directly for an airlock?" He took his time, drifting easily, setting up a sensor relay from the Moth so they would have all the info the bridge was getting.
