Re: MORRIS'S SHed

Missy laughs "When the Porcine first settled family groups on earth,  only one group of Humans were accepting of our people.  The Roma culture Identified with our strong family stucture and our inability to fit in with human society at first and recognized in us the skill and temperament of artisians.  They also ntroduced us to truffles, the only way to activate a reproductive cycle in a Porcne female without reflected radiation created by a moon around our home planet."
Her eyes dance mischeviously "The reason Porcine cannot usually procreate with other species is our famales cannot ovulate unless we are kept in ecstacy for around half an hour.  The Roma men were the only human males of the time to be competitive in that respect so the first half breeds were were of Gypsy stock.  Ever since, Porcine who were part human were refferred to as Gypsies.  Procreation and racial purity are very important for a species that were nearly hunted to extinction.  The gypsy porcine are cosidered their own race and therefore seek the genetics of those who have proven themselves skilled and capable...like you my dear."  She bats her eyelashes at him.

In reply to Missy Jagger (msg # 134):

Justin's face flushed slightly at Missy's demeanor. Thats interesting! It provides an insight into Romany isolationist outlook. Especially in areas they ventured. Many of the Nations being the superstitiously barbaric cultures they were.  I suspect mixed race offspring would have been violently targetted. As exampled in written documentation, passed on in oral verse or legend. stated Justin grateful that his embarrassment quickly subsided.

Re: MORRIS'S SHed

Rivets laughed,..now.. ye  kin say what ye will, Missy?..  But i dinna  think ye find  any  Porcine in the LCs Family tree.... Now..ye  talk of the Roma?    That's a horse..er..porcine of a differant color.

he    rubs the  scruff  on his chin  as he looks to Morris...

..That is something you would have to ask Doctor Christie about?, But  the LC's perchant , for vengeance and   family ties... would  suit him  for the  Hungarian  strain? then he winks at Justin,..or Bloody Irish..

ahhh.. don't ye  be sayin'  about me  people now  Washington...just because  ye had the Misfortune to be a Yorkshire  lad, mores the pity..

Missy raises an eyebrow at Justin and supresses a smile "Of course Mr. Kase.  Everything you read is correct.  Angels are the hand of god, vampires and werewolves don't exist, and you can't expect boys to be boys just because you read something about a cultural taboo that existed once apon a time."

She looks Quisically at Rivets, "Who ever said I was talking about the LC or anyone here.  In reality Human females were almost never able to carry the porcine seed, those few that did showed the human gene to be dominant...until something triggers them to revert back generations down the line.  It is a weird side effect of mixing the genetic pools."

Re: MORRIS'S SHed

Missies belittlement of his support of her statement, revealed some of her character, prompting him to respond accordingly. I suspect the retention and maintenance of racial purity would hardly be achiebed by undertaking to mix with other races.

Captain Morris   gets a Pinh on his  Computer  and begins to look through the Numbers,..It appears the transport troops have  had a Bloody  find  day..

he prints out the Numbers...and passed a sheet to Justin  and then  nods  to Rivets   for when Justin is  done.... those   transports  will be  put  to good  use... I Imagine the VAmpic  war Vessels  will be used  either  at Anzio, or Aqra...

In reply to shed (msg # 139):

Justin takes the printout, slipping back into the chair he taps away on the keyboard. Adding data from the sheet to various displays he calls up. These sums combined with those brought in earlier are sure to make someone in the Demon Consortium smart big time. The boost to Delta's bottom line is to say the least robustly healthy... he glances at both Captains giving them both a broad grin. It'll be interesting to see Hack's response to this Budget report. The additional Prize Vessels also boost the Fleets Capabilities. Hopefully there'll be sufficient qualified Personnel to utilise these acquired resources.

Justin rose saluted smartly then headed to the rec dec; wondering why the Captain hadn't bern assigned some Admin clerks. He thought it may have to do with the size and location of his Office. Giving a dismissive shug Justin concluded whatever the reason it was the Captains.

Xyran was able to keep pace easily given his fit condition. Xyran slowly approached the two Occui after he heard Finnes speak, "Thank you for LT" he said politely before following them to the Rec Dec.

Xyran took a moment to recall as they rode the elevator up to the Rec Dec, "That is correct Lt Osk spent most of life behind enemy lines..." He then glanced over to Venna and asked courteously, "I don't wish to assume but are you two life mates?" he asked as he noticed the ceremonial band.

Xyran smiled brightly, "Im happy for you both i really am, and it seems to me you did your job quite well despite being faced with such a difficult task... Honestly I have been gone from the homeworld for so long i don't remember what it looks like anymore... in fact i'm no longer welcome there" It was all starting to come back to him... Jakeibo and his betrayal and being a scapegoat to cast the blame on for his betrayal over to the EDT.

Morris smiled  slightly, and gave a bit of a shrug,..Well   Lirg is  a  'Blue ' Hyrian.. we have  a compliment  of   transpots  and ships  from   those Hyrians  who   wanted to fight the Empire.. Many of them, still hate us... The Admiral Nuked thier world.. but  left the southern Hemisphere  untouched  except  for   shelling fleet.. but he saved  alot of the  Young ones. allowing them to go to the Delta  Colonies... The APF  now has  techs on Hyria, helping them recover.

..SGT  Garrat  was here when you were...I'm Most certain   you'll be on    boarding Missions  and the like.with him...   we'll be havign, what  folks  are  calling ..'Delta Night" on Etna when we  get there.. hopefully that will just about close out most of the  oppsoing   people  there...

Morris  is  typing away    while setting up Zob's  Files....there You are....  quarters set up.. I sent  a Message to the Admiral, he happens  to be on the way down from teh rec dec.... I trust you remember  where the Noncom  quarters  are.
