Roo had heard the call for a medic to attend to Lippen, but she had hesitated just a brief instance. Hesitated as she had finally fired her p90 into combat for a moment as things got heated in the place they had burst into. The instant it was calmer she was hauling ass to Lippen and giving her the once over to figure out how best to give her any needed medical attention.

Lizzy and Nikki would hunt down the fighters the meadowlark was firing at. Lizzy would try to get a bead on them while they where worried about being shot and Nikki and her would open up on the enemy fighters.

  Larry and Nok  poked thier heads into the bridge... thier Bloody helped  with the smeared  blood  from  being  wiped off..made them look like a comic..or...horiffic scene... Shade  Stepped into the  bridge  his SMG  ready.

Tulliun was uncertain, with the vague responses from the soldiers. He looked back and forth between Supes and Lyri, Can I get my passengers to safety now? Or is there a nother thing I didn't know I was supposed to wait on? Maybe I'm gonna play fighter with a hold full of Marines? his words were only half a snipe, more generously a passive aggressive joke.

Roo took one look at Lippen and keyed her mic. "I need an evac at my position, now." She calmly called over the coms, surprising herself as she only wanted to scream the words out to make sure she was heard. Her hands were flying as fast as possible as she pulled out gear to deal with Lippen. "I have an abdominal wound here caused by hard ammo."

Lippen was in pain, that much was apparent, but Roo first had to slow down the bleeding. She placed gauze pads upon the bullet holes that were exposed in her patient's belly, putting pressure on them before taping them off quickly. Roo then slowly rolled her over onto her belly to examine the exit wounds.

"Shit... shit." She said quietly as she saw at least one huge hole in her back.

Derma foam was inserted into the gaping wound, it would hold what remained of her blood in her body until they could get her to the infirmary. Finally thinking she had Lippen stabilized and prepped to launch, Roo allowed herself to give the other woman a shot of morphine. She was gonna need that kicker as she was definitely bound for surgery, and the drug would help with any shock that might be coming Lippen's way.

Roy dispassionately raised his rifle and blew the black-uniformed human's laugh out through the back of his skull.  "Prisoners?" he asked, looking over at Cora.  His rifle shifted to the Largran captain, firing another burst.

"What prisoners?"

It was at that moment that Roo's call for medevac came through.  "Stoly, start the beacons, we have the bridge.  Lyri, if you're still out there, set down by the Spade...we've got one to evac to the Hermes or the nearest medical ship, if you can't get through.  We'll hold the bridge until the dropship troopers can get in here and secure the rest of the ship."

He glanced over at Shade.  "Get the surrender lights on, then see what you can do to seal off all the emergency bulkheads...blow the hangar decks.  Cut whatever life support is left.  We may still have to fight for a while, but we can sure as shit slow them down and we can definitely reduce the numbers we have to fight to just those who got into combat armor."  Shifting focus to Roo, he said, "Pick whoever you need to get her back to the breach point, we'll send you back on the other shuttle while we hold the ground here."

Raising his voice, he addressed the whole group.  "Set up perimeters...we won't be here long, I'm sure, before a dropship comes in to take over the situation, but it could get bloody.  Set up a series of positions, so we can bog them down early and fall back.  Grenades, sniping, welding hatches shut...whatever you can manage as fast as you can before they get a chance to react to us."

 Shade went over the  Consoles  and stopped at the one in front of the command  chair..he  sat down, and began  to pull up   slides of the decs,,  after  each slide he hit  a button or  two..Muffeld  sounds  of Seals  slammming  sown to the dec..

Tulliun was moving seconds before Lyri had given the order. You got it.

He flew up and over the top of the Cap ship. He took a circle as he lined up to fly over the Spades and land about 15 feet the other side of the hole, not counting the ramp. He heard Roo call for medivac, so he wasted not one second, even resorted to getting the ramp moving before he fully touched down.

Alright Med, we're here at the Spades cut in, ready and waiting.

 Lizzy replied to Frans,' Got it Frans, Niki and I will run point for the meadowlark everyone else cover the shuttle. " Lizzy would circle with Nikki around the two shuttles waiting to get them to the Hermes, she heard there was wounded.

As soon as Roo and Lippen, and the others were on board, Tulliun wasted no time in getting the ramp up and the Lark in the 'air'. Then, it was full throttle behind Phoenix's lead this time, letting the fighters and LU-NM take all the kills, he was zeroed in on navigating at this point.

LU-NM, if you're willing and able to stay and man that gun, I'm not leaving the Meadowlark unmanned in this mess, and I can't land her in the Hermes, maybe you'd get some more kills. if you'd rather stay with the team, I get it. I'll man the bubble. Unless Lyri has objections.

 Meari got onto the shuttle with Roo, to help stabilize Lippen. Once Lippen was safely in Med tech Meari would then go fight for sure.

 Lizzy led the way with Nikki and responded to Fitz," Yes Chief, we protect the shuttle till they are safe, then we kick ass."   Lizzy and Nikki will then lead the Meadowlark back to the Hermes, Lizzy will shoot any enemy in her way on the way back.

 Lizzy then says," Follow us Meadowlark we will cover you till you are unloaded and safe. Now punch it. Ok Nikki lets get our friends home safe and fast."

  the    10 Minutes or  so it  took for  The meadowlark to  reach the  Hermes, they could see   ESN  fighters   charging  head on, into another Wave of Shuttles... it wouldn't be, until they were closer, They would see they were red demonic  shuttles.

  There  were  flashes     and bright lights of  explosions  coming from the Hermes Hanger dec..

 The meadowlark was ready to  touch  down, as  Lyri  pointed to  the   winged Foot inside a circle  that   had  351 across the   foot..

  Land there.. That the VIP  Pad..it has Maglocks...we'll take Lippy in through the  VIP   elevator.

 Felrites  were darting around, some of their  fighters  were battered,  but they were keeping enemy  fighters  and shuttles away from the spine... Farrow, Umbra and FA-NA, the lone  Angel transfer pilot  from this  batch... hovered around the   edges, each taking a  turn  to look below the Hermes to  see if anyone  was trying to lock on there.

  fighters with wing men... lobe  fighters, and  fighters in V  formation were all over the  Black.. Blue  white   pulse  rounds  from the  APF, while the  Empire   had  reddish ornsge.....now and then , white hot  streaks of   Human or Largran   Hardammo.

Roy watched over Shade's shoulder, clapping a hand on the Udenese ambassador's back as the hangar deck blew.  "Good work.  Keep scrolling through those camera feeds...make sure the ship is as empty as it seems to be.  We don't want any nasty surprises, and if they're trying to set one up, it'd be great to give the dropship troopers a heads-up so they can spoil the surprise."

He straightened, and addressed the rest of the troops.  "Okay...once your perimeter area is secured, we hunker down and wait on the dropship.  Smoke 'em if you've got 'em..."  It was an old, OLD comment, and while Roy didn't smoke and never had, the spirit of the words set the tone.  Waiting for the clean-up forces was often the worst part of the assignment...when things didn't go wildly awry, you were busy waiting for them to go awry.  This was no different.  Despite the apparent casual air of his comments, his manner continued to be combat-ready, keyed to respond to any sort of threat, as he moved about the bridge, checking in with each pair or small team that had staked a position to fortify.

Sine there was not an obvious need for his shuttle to take off immediately, Tulliun walked into the cargo area with his SMG. He was watching the soldiers move to the lift.

The largs were happily waiting there to move to the lift. He reached down and patted each one on the heads.

He stayed behind most of the remaining party, watching the larger scene come to a close as some of the other ships fled the field of battle. He saw an abundance of flashing blue lights from some of the ships that looked like they had run a gauntlet. He turned to the soldier holding the largs, What's with all the blue lights? feeling a bit naive, having never been part of a fleet action.

 Disna   turned his  head to  Tulliun, His  yellow  skin and  line green eyes  standing out, as he  raised the   'sun visor'.

 Shuttles  put up  beacons when they are going to board... Blue  beacons  mean there  are...our  people on board. Green means the ship is ours...

 if you mean those  flashes   streaking around.... APF  Powercells   have a slightly different  make up  of Empire Cells... ours  creates a Blueish  Light as it  zips through  The Black. The redons  have  some Mineral in there? it makes their power Cells last longer,  and gives them a bit of Red

 he pointed  far off to a creshian vessel that was  still firing  at   one of the Main Fleet's ships... it had a red beacon...That my?.. Our People couldn't  take, or there was too much resistance... so  they  , most likely, will Blow the engine  room... you  Blow Cap ship[ power cells the   right way, the Blast tears through the inside of the vessels, then the  backdraw of the Vaccum can clean it out..... sometimes there   is a bit of bad luck, and  powercells that are stored or charging   get fractured... Then the ship is  just scrap for us to claim later.

  The Second   Group,  with Lyri entering last  went  down..
