     Shadow  Finished his   sub,and   relaxed  with his  drink.

  Shade navigated   is  end of the sub, seemingly facinated  at the   food.

 I wish Beth or Lilly would get back.. sure would like to know what's going on with Garrat  and Roy..

"You may be right on that one, Justin. You may be right," Teela said with a laugh before raising her glass to Shade in the human fashion. "You are wise, Shade. Very wise indeed."

"Do you like pizza, Larry? I'm not as hungry as I thought I was. It has meat on it if you'd like this one." She said, holding the plate out for Larry to take a look.

Nikkis food came.  She thanked the waitress who brought it and the beer.  She cut the ribs into sections then began eating in earnest.  She revelled in the southern comfort food.  Fingers covered in a red mop sauce, she grabbed extra napkins.  She gave a nod to those she saw on the station, a few still in dress clothes.

  Shadow    looked at  Larry,..I'm not sure?  Roy had a talk  with the Handlers on Aqra.. he supposed to  eat alot of meat. and such..I dunno if breads  are in his  diet.

  larry     looked    and then looked at  Shadowdon't look at me, if   you get sick all the  time, we'll have to  send your  to Nivar  where you can be safe...

 The Larg's head  drooped

"You still look hungry and have some healing to do, Larry so..." She waved over one of the servers. "One big steak, raw, for Larry here and a top off on his water, my tab, please."

Teela just smiled to herself at the look on Justin's face. Males were still puzzled by females, no matter the races involved.

She gave Larry's head a rub and some scratches as they waited for his steak to arrive. "I've been spoiling him since the day we met, haven't I, Larry? He spoils me back by coming to me for rubs and scratches."

   Larry thumps his  tail , whether it was the scratches..or the  Steak that was  coming , ever closer.

   ..I'm gonna have to  take  him up to the Tunnels tomorrow , run some of this  protien off..

"Are the tunnels wide enough for me to stretch my wings? I haven't been down there yet." Teela asked as she called one of the servers over and asked for a refill on her stout. "It would be nice to fly without having to worry about someone shooting me down."

They are the Tunnels  that run around the top of the  Hermes..mostly access for the AA guns..manned and Auto... and access for  the spine ... they  run in a circle.. about  a Mile  down each  side, and a half mile  abeam... about   15 yards   wide.. about  20 yards  high.. Snipers use   it to practice  from one end to the other.. and   will have SEC close it down when they do.

Pushing a trolley, stacked with the flyers orders,  Olivia stopped beside Shadow. Placing the platters, plates and beverages in the order they were made; calling out each as she served them. Spotting Nicole, she paused to say a quick Hi, before returning the trolley.

She returned the greeting.  "When you get done, swing back by" she realized the girl was busy, but better to make an apology now than later.  "Please"

Sure thing Duckie. replied Olivia asteering the trolly past several tables, one of its wheels squeekes another wobbling vigorously in harmony. When there was a lull in the service Olivia made a sweep of her allocated tables S stopping at Nicoles and giving her a friendly smile.

Smiling appreciatively at Nicoles apology and offer she rested a calming hand on the Pilots shoulder. Dearie. I'd have thiught those incharge would have taken the time to let everyone know what happens at their Formal Events she wiggling two fingers on both hands to emphasize term. I got an inkling things were about to go pair shaped when Shadow put those bully boys in their place. Thinge just got serious quick when that hotshot Wings and Things put a slug in the Ghouls Noggin. she glanced towards Anteela.I thought slipping out just before that. But missed the chance so crawling around helping Stefi was all I could do to keep out of trouble.

Shade's thumb went up  and LArry  Thumped his tail  as he  bit off  a  chuck of steak, Shadow  pointed at him, then   just waved him off with a shake of his head.

 Will's eyebrow raises  quickly,..Really?.. I hope they  don't  bump  out all the  secondary  charcters  for him though?... Its   the best way they Flesh out the others, who don't get involved in the MAin story alot...

"I thought it going south when I had to kebab that one vamprick that was going after Shade" she smirked.  "At least you are getting reimbursed.  That's good." a hand on her shoulder got her attention for Shadow. She listened a moment "Just give me a heads up on party attire, next time.  Also...your son owes me a dance" she winked, knowing the last dance got interrupted.  "When is the debriefing any how?"

  Shadow  Looked  over  at Shade,..I'm sure he'll dance..he likes it......

 then  back to  Nikki,we have to wait on  Garrat's team, they are still out there... Once they are buck,, The Admiral will call a quick debrief..he knows   folks are tired..

 Ellan   looked  a bit lost  as Shadow left and continued to    work on her  pasta.

She stood and pushed the pizza over to Shade. "Enjoy. See you at the briefing. Are you staying here with Shade, Larry?" She'd walks off with him or not, headed for the lift and her quarters.


[To Her Quarters]

  Larry  Just gave a few more Tail thumps at the question.  and Looks  back  at Shade, who was looking around   as he ate.

Sitting opposite Shade and Larry Justin munched away at his foot long heroes, watching the two as he did. Once Justin polished off the hero, he was devoiring, he have a slight nod indicating he would ask what he was mulling over. Ambassador Shade, Would you like me to develop a translation application for you?

    Looking  up from the  last of   his portion of the Sub, there  was  a lot of  whirls   and Bleeps  with a  wave of his free hand, Then he Pointed in the Direction of the  Receding LC.

  Larry  Laid his head    down as he waited  for   Shade  to finish  eating.
