Nikki kept having Haley kick until she could feel it moving her forward when she did.  Then letting her feet back on the sand in the water she looked at Haley "That was outstanding Haley.  Now your arms and hands Then I'll hold you up again.  use your feet and the hands motions I'm gonna show you.  Then we'll put them together and see if you can do a few strokes over to Joseph.  Okay?"
she coughed a bit as water got in her mouth "Okay"
Nikki showed how to cup hands and to turn a bit and bring her arm over her head and into the water and push the water out behind her, then alternate to the other arm.  Even remember to turn her head and breath now and then.

After a few practice moves Nikki again lifted her into the swim position and let her go for it.  Big splashes went everywhere.  Still Haley kicked and her arms spun.  After a few moments and a rough start, she felt her body move forward.  After that Nikki aimed Haley towards Joseph and let her go 5-6 strokes for him to catch her.

   The Commander  and The Admiral  arrived at the beach..The Commander's   2 piece was Angel Silk and  turned alot of heads.  The Admiral set up a blanket for them ,a yard or two from Mortica

  the Commander stretched out to get  Sun, as  HAck looked  down the beach and smiled,  Shadow and Shade with  the    two LAdies,   LArry and  Mila romping about,  Gregor  would charge to the surf,  but  run back Hissing at the water.. trying to get LArry's attention

 He nodded to Henry and  Mortica, and  started to pick out others  like Gia, Nikkie  ,Joe Mac  and  frans...seemed like the Hermes  claimed a section of the beach.

 Then  Nil   looked  at  MAria  and Scarlett who had   two , brand new suits  from the shop.. they had  Pusle rifles  with them...Ladies ,,,Relax.. nom one is going to attack us?  We have   people on this beach right now.. that have killed  enough people to fill the lowers...and more!..relax..

 ..Sorry , Ma'am... no one is going to camp you on the Admiral on my watch...I am gettign a tan,  Si?

 Scarlett smiled,..... I won't  mind   a  quick Jump, in the water...

  The Commander waved her hand,..go..that's   an order...

 Scarlett  grinned , Layed her rifle   on a towel between  MAria  and Mortica  and ran to the surf.

Henry returned the Admiral's wave then went over to Gregor to coax him into the water. Mila capered around emitting high pitched 'Yips' to add to the fun. Larry splashed over too.

    Joseph worked with Nicole to help Haley swim.  When the little girl tired he had her cling to his neck while he did some gentle body surfing.  He wore a loose shirt over a tank top with his cargo shorts. It concealed two glock quality pistols [can fire under water] in the small of his back.  He'd have to clean them later.

Roy set the rifle down.  "Your people do good work.  My only real concern is the ammo capacity.  Yeah, carbines have the same capacity...but carbines aren't standard issue.  Most of the time, they're an emergency weapon, used by pilots or tank crew who need something smaller than a standard combat rifle.  And I don't feel like the pulse option fully compensates for that.  I mean, we already know at least one enemy race has shield technology that makes pulse weapons on fighters superfluous against them.  If they...or someone else...figure out a battlefield application for that technology, pulse rifles are paperweights.  As is, I'd consider these as emergency rifles, or for special operations...but as a primary combat rifle, I think the hard ammo capacity needs to be doubled, at least."

He reached for a pair of the pistols.   "Let's see how these do..."  He tried a couple of carefully aimed shots, not expecting much...pistols were nowhere near as accurate as rifles, it was the trade-off for them being so small and easily portable.  After getting a sense of their general accuracy, he raised both pistols at a target and rapid-fired them at another target, starting out aimed at center torso and making an effort to keep them on target while squeezing triggers as fast as his fingers would work.

  Micca  Nodded,..well.. we'll have to find a Niche market i guess... still?  there are  4  crates of these thing    sent up to your Ship... I didn't send any of the  sidearms, ...

 the Pistols  did   'kick up' when the ahrd  Ammo was fired..but no worse then a standard  .45 or .44

Haley laughed and giggled having fun trying to swim and being led about getting wet.
Nikki took a moment and swam a bit deeper and did a hand stand under water then came back up.  Her totally wet hair clung down the back of her neck and shoulders. As she took another breath after cracking the surface a light spray of water came out.  She then came back in a bit closer.

   Joe stands with Haley on his shoulders so she can see Nicole.  "Not bad."

 Will carried   a bag  with  thier stuff.. he saw  all the folks on the beach.  He stet up a bit  down  from  Shadow's Blanket, he notcied  guys checking out the  commander who was baking in the sun.

 Shadow was Getting tired, Beth wasn't  flying as  far, and   Flores  Dumped him a  few times...Shade   came   out, he  was shaking his head to get water out of the 'hearing slots';

 Gregor  Looked Up at Herny, cowed a  little bit    as he was ushered to the water..      Larry, flipped his  tail  to pusher the  wee  one in, and gregor  took off like a  fish, but  circled  back  to Mila.. .. people  near the water, but  tool a wide  berth around LArry who was  thumping his tail

 The Adiral was  coming out of the surf  soaked from doing a few lengths.

Upon arriving at the beach it didn't take long for them to find the ESN portion of the beach, as well as the general pallor of Navy personnel there weren't many people who'd have a pair of Largs running in and out of the water like a pair of seriously overgrown puppies. Smiling as she watched as Will set their bag and blankets a short distance away from Shadow's she'd give his question a few seconds thought before replying with a playful grin "let's hit the water first...Race you!" she said with a laugh before dashing towards the shoreline, being sure to pick a spot away from Larry as she did so. Although deep down she knew that the Larg was very unlikely to hurt her, the way he was swimming around with only his eyes and nostrils exposed reminded her just a little too much of a crocodile for comfort.
