  There was a sigh,..Jax is  in SEC...he said he gets to go on the shuttles..there  a new guy too..he's fromOlympus Stem..seems to know the SGT MAJ... i don't know if Jax  will  go to his quarters, stay in SEC, or  come here... But I'll see him when on on the hnage r Dec  before Jump off.

   Crowds  were    in three  groups, Arriving , leaving , or eating...everyone gettign thier 'last chance' in before  Jump off.

  There was a Hand wave  to   Sneak   who smiled  broadly and  waved  BAck.  Jax  came close  and  put  an arm on her shoulder.. Nifty checked  Sneak out...

 Nifty , tryign to take his eyes  away from Nikki, then focused on Sneak,yeah..sorta  got sent here, but  a Guy who knows the SM... i met him a few years ago in the stem on OLympus.

Nikki was cleaning up a bit when Jax came up with a new man.  She had a box of things with her, some drinks and snacks for them all.  She did shake Niftys hand as they spoke "Younger men are alright.  I prefer ones that older though with more decorum under their belts" Something about him screamed 'too eager' to her.  Still she kept smiling.  "Jax...since Mortica is on desk duty tonight Roll is going with us.  Make a movie-vid night before all the hubbub starts up" She began collecting Roll and Haley to usher them towards the lift with Mitches help.
"Nice to meet you Nifty, welcome to the Hermes.  Sneak...things seem to work out" She gave her a wink knowing what they talked about earlier.

 They waved to the as they left..Mict  give   Nifty a stern stare, but a smile as well.

 Shadow shrugged,..they have  a thankless job... no one gives  one damn about them, unless thier food  is cold or thier order is wrong... I have the creds?...I could be a fire ball tomorrow?.. what good did the creds do?..But?  she'll smile.. and she'll think  i was a nice guy, and she'll have some  extra  creds to pay  for  food  , or rent..maybe  buy something that she wanted to get, but didn't have enough?...  The rec dec   opened.   The stall owners  who went down to the Bunker  came  back, those  who stayed    in the redDec  had a head start  firing up thier n stoves  and  ovens.

 waiters and waitresses   were setting up tables and chairs  that got knocked  down, and lights were comimg on all around.

    as it near the  time for the party to start. Some  folks   had  already  streamed in setting  up thier  table s for the PArty..there would be a lot of  empty spaces , to be sure. But that is  why they had this... those who were left, celebrated  and honored those who were gone, before the replacements  come in. Those  Replacements  would have to  'earn' , thier place  at the party.

 Shadow    was talking  to a ...rather  tired..Dana   as she  she up items on  the Table   by the Vid Machine. He gave her a  Hag a dn  went  to sit at His Table, followed  by   Shade, who was using   one of his newer  Vid Boards  to try and  crack the   next two logs... He  was  whirling and Grinding..

 Relax, Buddy?  sometime after  the  party, we'll go down to SEDC and you can use the  deck computers  and draw on some of Beth's toys...

Nikki and Haley arrived just a bit before 9pm.  She found her table she was always at.  Other kids playing she let Haley join them.  She gave a few civvies and crews hugs.  And sat waiting others, playing a few strands of this song or that one.

 People appeared  in groups  or pairs Hemsly, Brooks  and  what was left of the scots , dispersed , The Burians came in and sat  further back towards the   SIMs, still getting used to all the people in one place.

  Beth  walked a bit slowly, and sat down  at Shadow's table,  After this,  me  you and Shade  are going  down to try to crack the encryption on the  other  two logs..

 we'll see , if the pain doesn't go away, You two can go  down and I'll hit it  in the Morning before Send Off... If  the verians  locked it, it should be simple  enough to crack.., they  just   use  simple  Machine Logic.

After seeing to what was left of her squad as well as Bog, her second in command and the one badly wounded, they cleaned up a bit and had returned the cobbled armor back to the QM.  For now they wanted to eat and drink to their fallen companions, Gava and not Gava.  They sat at their more quiet table.  Uvula was easiest to read, seemed more upset than the others.  Still she was keeping it together...just barely though.

Feeling refreshed from her shower with Will and the nap that had followed it, Harry would walk across the rec dec and take a seat at her usual table. As she waited for her friends to arrive she would order a bowl of pasta and a strawberry milkshake to go with Wills order, deciding that it would make for a nice change to the fizzy, sugary drinks she usually ended up having.

 Lizzy came waking onto the Rec Dec, she saw Harry and Will at their normal table, she looked around and didn't see Izzy, Lizzy was excited to see her again and talk to her about her story.

 Lizzy smiled went to Harry's table and said, Hi guys we are probably not staying too long after the toast and honors, Izzy will feel a little uneasy, but thank you Harry for inviting her to sit with us.

 Lizzy will order a sandwich, fries and a soda. Then she will keep her eyes open for her girlfriend.

Bic: Nikki began singing 'Devil went down to Georgia', both parts.

Upon seeing Lizzy walking up to them, Harry would smile as she indicated for her to take one of the seats opposite her and Will so that she’d be able to sit next to Izzy when she arrived ”Uh-huh because Izzy feeling uncomfortable is the only reason you two will want to leave the party early” Harry responded with a knowing grin as Lizzy got her excuses in early ”yeah that’s no problem, just don’t spirit her away too soon else she’ll never make any friends” Harry said before turning to smile at the waitress as she placed her and Will’s order on the table, with Harry eagerly sliding the pale pink milkshake towards her ”I knew there must be an upside to being sober!”

   As the People  filled the Rec Dec, Shadow  smiled  at Beth,..be back, its  Show time....

As the elevator doors opened, Izzy would nervously step out onto the rec dec as crowds of people started to gather. Up ahead she could see Shadow making an announcement for several crew members to join him with her name thankfully not amongst those he'd listed. Looking just a little bit lost Izzy would anxiously search the tables before finally catching sight of Lizzy's fiery red hair at one of the tables near the front before then proceeding to weave her way through the crowds of people in order to join her "Hey guys, thanks for inviting me Harry it was really nice of you" Izzy said as she took a seat next to Lizzy "...sorry I'm late Lizzy, work took a little longer to sort out than I would have liked, you weren't waiting too long for me, were you?" she nervously asked as she noticed that at least two of the three had meals in front of them.

Karl walked in, deep in conversation with Stoly and the other shuttle pilots...apparently talking about how he tracked the stream of Verians back to their source onto the hull and stopped them from sending new people out, but in excellent spirits, whatever they were discussing.

 Lizzy smiled at Harry when she made the comment about other reasons she wanted to leave early with Izzy," Well I am tired it was a long day I could use some relaxation and fun time." She smiled at Harry and winked at her, telling Harry yes she wanted to have amazing sex with her again.

 Lizzy then replied to Hatty's don't leave too early or Izzy wouldn't make any friends, Lizzy would reply," Yes very true we will stay as long as she wants and you inviting her to sit with us was huge she was very happy Harry, thanks again."   Lizzy would look at Harry and say," Yes there is you get to spend more QUALITY time with us and not be drunk like I was when I made Ace, ouch that hurt."

 Lizzy knew Harry heard her screaming last night, she would lean towards Will a little closer and ask semi-quietly," Umm did you hear me last night, Harry said she heard me loud and clear, I am so sorry for that, we just umm well you know had fun."

 Lizzy was lucky that Izzy showed up right after she finished saying that, as Lizzy listened to the names and hers wasn't called this time, good she thought no drinking games thank the 9 Hells.

 LIzzy smiled at Izzy she got up gave her a 'friendly' hug she didn't want to over do it in public like Izzy asked her too. Lizzy smiled and said as she sat back down," Oh you are fine I just got here myself, so did you get a good story anything you can tell us about, is it enough to keep your Boss of your ass for a little bit?" Lizzy so wanted to grab Izzy and give her a passionate kiss but she kept control luckily Izzy wouldn't get a good view of Lizzy holding back but Harry and Will would definitely.  Under the table Lizzy gently took Izzy's hand and squeezed it gently, Lizzy then turned to her and smiled at her.

”Yeah I thought that’s what you had in mind, and honestly don’t worry about it so long as she doesn’t start pumping us for information I’m happy to give her a chance” she said with a friendly smile, chuckling in response to her comment concerning quality time as well as her own drunken night as a result of the LC’s drinking game.

It wasn’t long after Lizzy had asked Will whether he’d also heard last nights performance that Izzy would arrive, looking very much like someone who was meeting her girlfriend’s parents for the first time and was terrified about making a bad first impression ”That’s alright love, I thought I should make an effort to get to know my best friends new girlfriend...and don’t worry I won’t spread it any further than this table” she said giving Will a look that she was including him in that statement and needed to keep it to himself ”speaking of which, Lizzy give the poor girl a kiss before you explode” she said with a roll of her eyes ”...no one is going to say anything and if they do I’ll batter them, ok?” given last nights performance the whole keeping it a secret thing seemed kind of pointless to her.
