 Lizzy smiles at Zob and says," Afraid no hun , why should I be afraid of you, because of your looks, my Father taught me, well beat it into me actually, you look into the person not at a person."  She smiles and stands up and gives Zob a slap on the back and says." Glad I could help hun, I love to talk." She laughs after that.

 Lizzy was happy when Zob said he would walk up with him, she liked Zob and she just had this feeling from what he said earlier he might need a friend right now.

 Lizzy would then say," I would like that Zob thank you, let me put everything away and lock her up and we will be on our way."

 She would then start putting everything back together like a pro and said " Shall we."

Zob nodded, "Your father sounds like a wise man Lizzy, me and my clan elder never really got along he had way to many ambitions on wanting me to one day ascend to the throne and be High king..." he rolled his eyes a bit at the thought, "You shouldn't be afraid Lizzy... my anger is reserved for the foolish" he then remembered what the SGT at the hotel said and his hateful look and that cold glare Zob gave him as he shot him dead with his handgun.

The Ironwood shuttle glided gently through the Hemres static field under the skilled hands of PO Volkov. Following guidance on the floor. Escorting it was one of the new mantis fighters. It's new nose art a matte black with what looked like paint drops streaming back towards the cockpit. Bright gold and green contrasted the black from the tip of the nose to where the paint streaks began. Touching down  next to the shuttle Lt  Alwuad quickly popped her hatch jumping down. At the shuttle the ramp extended allowing Sarah, Lt Termaine and the two sec troopers to board the Hermes.

   The Chief  Greeted  them   as   CAptain Morris  and  Captain O'Reilly came to meet them.

   ..Greetings Captain, we wil escort your   to  The Admiral's Mess.. you may bring someone along?.. the others may entertain themselves  on the Rec Dec?.. if you prefer  your    people  with  you    they may  be outside   the  Mess  , shoudl you wish?

As the time went by Kira glanced over and noted Clark was still sitting in his Mech, "How you doing Morgan did you finish?" she asked wondering about the progress knowing Clark was gonna have his work cut out for him tomorrow playing catch up.

Kira busted out laughing after a moment she composed herself, "Come on Clark lighten up a little"

    Clark  drank some water.....I can't..head   still hurts...

Kira chimed in at the end, "You get shot back..." she then glanced at her vid board and realized her work was caught up, "So what do we do now?" wonder if anybody had a idea if not she would have to come up with something she had dinner with Morgan later so she didn't wanna fill up eating right now.

 Morgan  shrugged... we're   pretty caught up , unless we wanted to make sure the spare Gremlin is  ready..... we should    work  with  Rivets to see if  we can get some  'Hull Time' with these things.. running around  PG  is one thing.. walking across the  Hermes would be another.

Kira thought it over now wasent the best time to head out in the hull with Clark being sick but it was something they can do the next following morning, "Will check out the spare mech for now, I'll talk to Rivets and get us a time slot tomorrow morning for us to head out onto the hull"

 He saw Lucky   hauling  restraint  cables   to the Grooves in the Dec   Platign to  catch    out of  control  fighters.

  Garrat was discussing the fine points of why a ground pounder had more experience and understanding on how to load firing chains when he felt the old familiar shift of the nose manouvering thrusters kicking in.  He paused looking out the static.  Normally regular course changes were expected, but it was directly after an interrogation.

   He ended the conversation and walked in a straight line to the edge of the static field keeping his lead toe pointing in that direction he watched a bright star move as the ship changed course.  When it stopped he pointing his other toe at it and looked down.

   "Huh, that's interesting."

   Garrat stands there thinking for a bit.

    "How long do you think it will take to save up enough to buy an angel steel barrel that can take the  increased friction of the added firing load?  Four years?  It will probably take you longer than that to figure how to feed two chains into one firing mechanisms.  It's kinda like getting a prostate exam from two doctors at the same time, only your a lot more flexable down there than the gun is.  The weight difference in the nose from full to empty will also screw with how the ship handles."

   Garrat does a slow walk around of the new fighter looking it over, "Shuttles are more forgiving but Stoli made big improvements because he knew what it was to fly in one, and worked from there.  He was also able to perfect concepts one at a time in a live battle scenario.  Those are advantages the companies producing these things don't have.  It probably would be a good idea to have some prototype frames on a forge ship to try new ideas out in cleanup battles.  Then we can turn the results into companies we trust.  Maybe work with them poin by point.  Practicing individual combat manouvers against prototypes might be a good way to get the Newbees to develop the reflexes they need to survive."

  Shadow  lowered his    Vidbaord,..got  some.  Got a few names  from McNeal...... then   she had a chance to  fight her way out.. didn't go well..?  But to be fair? She's not in the brig.
