Most of the Kids   can fly... but they  can't out   Fly any of us who have been out here?... I lost my  Temper  and  made  one pass..one damn pass... and Tagged   most of them.. some  twice!.. if i would have used  Live Guns?... there  might have been one or two left?..  The runnign will get them in shape, build up endurance .... the  trainign will help a little..but thier  attitudes?.. well.. that's   what might get the killed..

    Garrat looks at Shadow for a moment, “I think you have already met several who were smarter than you, but you were more determined than they were.  Your not an idiot by any measure but if you tagged Hack, you tagged someone who is smarter than you will ever be.  It’s going to take more than smarts to beat ya.”  Garrat shakes his head “in my later years, everyone on my ship was a broken wing.  Someone who lost four out of five of his or her buddies in combat.  We had at least six active  pilots at the beginning of every deployment who fit that.  It wasn’t their smarts that made them good but the cold rage  they brought to battle .”

  Shadow  chuckled, yeah?  well..I never l;ooked at it that way before...but the  think is?..I  enjoy  takign out bad  Guys... its  like a bit of  happiness with  each ball of  fire..... when we dive  down to strafe.. every  cloud  of  blood vapor means   we  saved one of ours?... It just comes  down to how many we can killl

   Hemsly was Lining Up the Troopers .. Shadow  came   Runnign down the Ramp way, to  take  his place  in the Line.. away from the  shuttle  so the scots  would be the last to  say  good bye.

   Will   wasn't far behind  as he   came off the elevator...  Lyri and a few others  from SEC   hurried  over  as well as  almost all the troops  from  the assault teams...

 LT  Hirr  and   LT Az-_el   were runnign  as well...

Zob was caught completely by surprise by the whole ordeal when the doors opened he blitzed down the walkway and took a place in line as he waited for McCloud he noted how sad people were, he didn't know him as well as the others but it was important to be here to show respect.

   Rolf  looked tired.. tears  welled up in some of the scots  eyes..Hemsly said in a shaky Voice,..LC?.. yer a right proper BAstard, and that's no mistake, but ye  went too easy on that Bitch...

 Shadow   Just Nodded.. SHade  Wiggled   between Lirg and Shadow Az-el and Hirr  were opposite  next to them almost all the   SEC/Assault  teams who had dropped  with  McCloud and the Scots.

 Tucker   had   slipped between  Hirr and  Minnet .

Roy showed up moments behind the Scots, slipping into the line with a nod to Hemsly, a look of somber respect on his face.  He scowled, inwardly, noting how much McCloud's appearance had changed from when the Scots had first arrived on board, and mentally kicking himself for not having interceded somehow.  He likely would never have found out about McNeil's spiking McCloud's drinks...but if he'd been more insistent or more attentive, there might not have been as many drinks to have been dosed...

  The Guardian  secured the Duffle and   steppe dout, moving hehind the  line  on Shadow's Side.

 Rolf  was   talking  to Cat, softly , he saw the people by the Shuttle, and it wasn't until he  came a bit closer he realized  , that they were there to see him  off.

 He  tried  to  straighten up.. his eyes  glistened  as  the  tried  to  be 'an Officer'

 People on Both ides of the  Line held out thier hand   for a shake...Rolf  started  with  HAwks  and Rolfe.. then NAgy and Mann  switching over  to the other side of the line, determined  not to slight  a Single person.

 Larry   stood on his hind legs  as he watched the humans and thier alien friends. his  tail thumping  weakly.

Zob made sure to extend his hand and once it was shook he spoke, "You come back to us friend, if i see you anywhere near the nine hells I'm gonna kick your butt" with that being said he stepped back and allowed him to finish shaking everyone else's hand.

Melia, Orria and Cookie all arrived moments before Rolf was wheeled out. Melia kept the Lonnox near her and sent Orria to stand with Shade. They stood respectfully, showing their support.

Orria looked on to her he was a sick man, she didn't know he'd been poisoned or what was wrong outside of illness, but she knew he was important to Shade, her mom, Shadow and the others. She stood quietly and watched.

The Cookie did what lonnox's do.

Cat was holding it together the best she could, and doing an admirable as she escorted and helped Rolf to the Shuttle where Hemsley waits. "Rolf, don't give up. We are all here waiting on you to come back... I'll be waiting on you to come back. Listen to your doctors or I swear to the gods I'll come over there and kick your ass." Her eyes glisten from tears held back. She hugged him gently, before allowing him to move on to Hemsley and the shuttle.

Sarah and LT Termaine had arrived before the hospital ship shuttle, inside the shuttle Anya was going through her pre-flight check while the troopers milled about. Allison had yet to arrive, when the medical shuttle arrived Sarah and the troopers stood off to the side and let the Hermes personnel bid their farewells to their comrade being sent to the Hospital Ship.

Roy gave Rolf a smile.  "I've served with some damn fine troops in my career, Captain.  Yours are among the best.  We'll keep them out of trouble as best we can, Sir, until you get back."  He took McCloud's hand in a solid handshake, with a nod.

When McCloud saluted the assembled troops, Roy was among the first to return the salute, and he held it until Mccloud turned to enter the shuttle.

 The Captain  entered    Hemsly and the others  stepped  aside.  and the  door  closed.. the   crew  steppe d away as the  lower  ramp retrcted and the Swallows     Shuttle  took   off, veering   to its ports  as he  it would make   its  wat to the Center of teh  Fleet.

  The others  Broke up and headed  to where they were before.

she walked out as others were seeing McCloud off.  She decided it was a bit late to stop the procession.  Instead she took a few moments to silently give the man a prayer.  She knew he would eventually heal up.
