Were we supposed to dress fancy for this event?

I'm dressing how I want

thjis is a B-day party...off duty Unifroms.... 'civie  clothes'..or   suits  and  dresses.. its up to us.

 the Palace  will be  fotmal...( but the  satillite  parties  will be  'as you want' )

Tempting as it would be to have Roy there in a dress uniform, so as to give the captain reason to feel insecure about all his costume jewelry, I can't think of a good reason for him to do it.

Maybe I'll figure out some way for him to contrive a put-down on it...especially if Maris tries to play war-hero and lord it over people, using his medals as an excuse...
