Her smile dims a little, I'll be honest over the last week I've gone from simply wanting to survive the war for Orria and my friends and avenge the hurt that was done to me and now some days I just want to live to see the end of the war for myself.

I hope at the very least the sketching helps me express and identify my emotions better.

Without looking to Admiral Hack or the other board members, he stepped behind his seat, indicating his readiness to put his words into action if they chose to send Shade out of the meeting.

Karl showed an easy grin.  "Hey, I may be, on occasion, a smooth-talker...maybe even a charmer, if the situation presents itself.  But I do not engage in idle flattery or empty compliments.  If I tell you that you look good, I really mean it."  He chuckled a little bit, and added, "And, yes, it does show off your boobs a lot, but I haven't seen anyone complaining about that."  He gave her a winning smile, and danced through a couple of turns with her, allowing the dress to fly up a little bit (not as much as when she was spinning on her own...)

Frad  doesn't  seem to  happy, whether its because  he lost the arguement, or because  there are 'children'  he  taps a   inbuild console on the   Table,  a 3d   picture  of the  North eastern Hemisphere  of Bura    comes up.. it   focuses in on a  an area that  has a jagged   Mountian to the north... an lake to the south.. the east and west   are gouged out  cliffs.

The mountain is  as  unscalable  as  any on Bura.. we lost too many  of our Mountaineers  trying to climb down...  the Lake portects the lowland   entry, and the cliffs range from400 to 900  feet  high.. there are   openings  the empire uses to sally out troops  and  Anti aircraft..... the  floor of the vale is thick forest.. they have LArgan  there with Creshian support ..and..... they have  fighters in the  Mountain.. the launch them at the first  sign of  Air cover... we have them under siege..more or less.. but   they have been getting suppiles, and  fighters have  been   slipping  through  our   scouts to help  build up thier  airforce... Troops are  coming in  regularly.. our  people   might   kill a hundred or so..but   500 will still get to the Mountain...

 After that Lizzy would say," You are not a consolation prize at all Karl, you are the main prize, I just had to do some work to get to claim you, hope you don't mind my dear." Right after she says this she will give Karl one hell of a kiss, full of passion and caring.

"Are you alright baby? you seem a little...off" Harry would softly ask when she noticed he wasn't his usual cheerful self with the smile on his face seeming just a little forced.

Turning to watch Nikki up on stage singing Harry couldn't help but feel a little impressed by the fact that her friend could perform so well in front of so many people, knowing full well that she wouldn't have been able to cope with all those eyes upon her. With the music then turning away from the Orinoco Flow to something a little more energetic she would turn her attention back to Will to ask in a cheerful voice "Would you like to go for a dance Will? Or if you prefer we could always see if the Burian Palace has such a thing as a broom closet we could borrow for a little while" she said giggling mischievously as she contemplated what they could get up to with a little privacy.

 Sam listened and looked at the 3D image closely, she would walk around looking at it in every angle. Thinking like a computer she will try and figure out how they are getting supplies and troops in and also the best way to attack this stronghold. One thought was to just bombard it from space but they might hit something else. Sam not even thinking will just blurt out, " We could try and hit the Mountain itself with bombardment from space and send fighters in right after, that should reduce their fighters, but how do we get inside." Sam will just keep looking for the week spot, the one opening they need.

Roy frowned a bit, looking at the model.  "The fighters may be sneaking in, but that doesn't account for the ground troops.  Or the arrival of a Creshian queen.  But another one of the Demon transporters...that would explain it."  He looked away from the map, to the other board members.

"We've seen how little space they need for one.  And we've seen them build multiples on the same world.  We've also seen them built inside mountains like that."  He'd leave getting past the air defenses to someone else...the whole Delta Fleet was here, they'd assaulted planets.  One valley, no matter how treacherous, wasn't going to have the resources to stop them.  But they needed to put troops inside that mountain.

Karl returned the kiss with fervor, but he grinned after it broke.  "Maybe they should be let out to roam more often.  I mean, if you use a cane all the time, your legs aren't as strong, right?" He shrugged.  "I'm no expert on female anatomy, as much as I appreciate it.  But it seems like common sense to me.  But then again, I may be biased..."

He looked down into Lizzy's eyes for a moment, then very deliberately looked down even further for a moment, before looking her in the eyes again.  "I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy seeing them in their full splendor."  He normally wouldn't be so open about it, but since they seemed to be one of Lizzy's favorite topics, he wouldn't shy away from it.

The music took a faster turn, one that wasn't conducive to dancing close, and he stopped for a moment, just holding Lizzy.  "Should we get some food?  Or burn some more calories out here first?"

 Lizzy smiled and said, I am very glad you like them. Yeah that is true I should go bra-less more often but I can't fly that way.  Lizzy smiled, normally she got upset with guys looking at her boobs but tonight she was flaunting them and she wanted Karl to love them. I am glad your biased Karl, you can enjoy them all you want.

 Lizzy actually liked Karl staring at her boobs barely covered. Then the music picked up and Lizzy smiled and said,Let's get some food and more of that fruity wine.

Hawkeye laughs a little, it's a human figure of speech. The cold causes a temperature change in your mouth and head that will give you a cold headache that feels like your brain is freezing. she sips on her scotch, you are of course correct it would take a lot more to actually freeze the brain.

 ..Those Mantis  and Darts  that were shipped in, are for   My people  to use tomorrow.... after the action  is  done, what  fighters  remain will be   Bura's... we have also scheduled shipments, so you get   some every  month.

 ..Hammer  IIIs  and HAmmer IVs, are  fine  for Atmo.. you may get out  maneuvered , but they take alot of punishment..once all the   crew exchanges  are done, You will see the differance in  the  training...
