With the situation concerning Lizzy and her sister hopefully sorted out, Harry would follow Lizzy back into the main hall where they would find their men standing together by the buffet tables "hey you, did you miss me?" she softly said as she slipped an arm about Will's waist whilst using it as a distraction to pluck something from his plate and pop it into her mouth with a cheeky grin on her face.

With Lizzy explaining that they'd had to help Melia out, Harry would quietly add some of the reasons as to what had set the entire situation off in the first place "Believe it or not, It would appear that Zob and Melia have a thing for one another" she said as she turned to watch the couple in question dancing together "needless to say, poor Lizzy here is now without a date...which is most unfortunate wouldn't you say Karl?"

 Sam smiled and bowed back to Frad, " Yes Chairman I would like that a lot Sir."

 When he headed off Sam decided to get some food she was starving. As she was in the lines she would look for Beth she had to talk to her. Sam would get a wide variety of the foods she was going to be on Bura quite a lot as they set up the Fleet, so she should get to know the food and drink at least.

 After getting some food Sam would then look around and see Shadow and Beth is near him. Sam will head over to Beth and when she seemed to take a break from the party for a minute Sam would walk over and say," Hello Beth, I am Lt. Robertson applying for Burian Fleet N2 position LC Shadow told me I should talk to you Ma'am."

Karl made no effort to mask his appreciation of Lizzy's outfit.  "This isn't my first experience with Angel Silk...but I've gotta say I've never seen a gown filled out quite so spectacularly."  He flashed a wicked grin.

"Makes me think of watermelon...red, sweet, and juicy in a green wrapper..."  He gave Lizzy a wink.

 Lizzy smiled and blushed, but she knew she looked amazing but hearing it made her feel good. Lizzy gave Karl a big hug and said," Thank you very much Karl, I am glad you like. Lizzy smiles at the watermelon analogy and said quietly in his ear," Maybe you can unwrap your watermelon later tonight Karl."

 Lizzy then smiled and said," Well it looks like I am missing my escort, would you like to take your dances now good Captain." Lizzy will smile and hold her hand out for Karl to take and lead them to the dance floor for the second day in a row.

Karl gave a short mock bow and said, "Can't have a lady stranded without her escort.  My pleasure to step into his spot..."  He took her hand and proceeded onto the dance floor.

 Lizzy was so happy to hear that, she will follow Karl to the dance floor and they dance, she will say," You really think I look good in the dress Karl, it does show off my boobs a lot though, and the rest of me actually." She smiles but she doesn't seem bothered showing herself off in public that is for sure with her two dresses so far.

 They dance and Lizzy really likes dancing with Karl is a good dancer, he is always so polite, and a gentleman. " Good too see you Karl what a hell of a party the Burians throw, it is amazing." She just seemed very happy she was dancing with Karl.

Sarah chuckled a little at the joke. It was a tried and true standard from war to war but still for those facing each threat whether it was the old Earth nazis, Kaiser Bill's armies, or even the Demon hordes and their allies it had a grim bit of humor to it.

"I hope your not hoping to rebranch to Chief of Comedy relief Hennings," Sarah smoothly replies, "that joke is about as old as a Vampic warlord and twice as stale."

She glanced over too Hack, "The reception has been warm enough, but it makes me nervous for the other business the Burians seem to wish our help with. In this matter I dislike being left in the dark.
