Spotting Sam, sitting by herself, she would eagerly lead Lizzy over to the tiny blondes table ”Hey Sam, I’m so glad you could stay and join us!” she said, giving her a quick peck on the cheek in greeting before taking the seat opposite her, leaving plenty of space for Lizzy to sit next to her ”So have you eaten yet? Also where did they let you stay last night? It wasn’t with a certain pilot per chance?” she asked excitedly and speaking a mile a minute as she did so.

”Knowing Stefi thats probably for the best...besides do you remember what happened last you tried to rush things?” she said recalling the time he’d convinced Cat to shoot him up with some Blue stuff and how painful, and ultimately futile, his rapid recovery had been ”Honestly Will, quit worrying about the next jump off and focus on getting better, you only risk making things even worse by trying to rush things” she said hoping that he wouldn’t do anything stupid just so he take part in the next jump off or Delta night before he’d fully recovered ”so...any plans on what to do when we reach Everest? I take it you’d like to watch the game?” she asked in an attempt to steer the conversation away from his injuries.

 Lizzy followed Izzy over to Sam, she wanted her to say hi first, Sam was her friend, and Lizzy was very happy Izzy had at least one other friend besides her. Lizzy took a seat next to Izzy as she did she said," Hello Sam nice to see you again, hopefully we have more time to talk this time."

 Lizzy smiled when Izzy peppered poor Sam with a bunch of questions. Lizzy would wave over a waitress for everyone's order. Lizzy was starving she went with the full Bacon and Eggs super breakfast, and a pot of black coffee.

 Sam smiled when Izzy came over and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Sam then said," Well I do not know how long I have I sent Sarah, oh I mean Commodore McKeon a message about the tunnel run I was observing and I told her I would be here if she needed me. I am glad we have some time to catch up and I can really meet Lizzy." She smiled and looked at Lizzy and said," Yes it is great to see you again as well, I am so glad you two are doing so well. Also hmmm I am sorry for what you went through yesterday, the Admiral did send a message for sure."

 Then Izzy hit her with rapid fire questions, Sam giggled, smiled and replied," No I was waiting for you guys and eat with you two." this is when Lizzy ordered her food, Sam would get a fruit bowl, fresh juice and a egg, ham and cheese sandwich. Sam would wait for Izzy to order and then finish answering her questions," The Commodore and I stayed in the VIP quarters near the Admiral's and Captain's quarters.  No I actually havent seen Lt. Howe yet, I did let him know I might be coming but I havent seen him yet, except on the tunnel run. I figured we could spend some time together and then I could see him later."

Roy just shook his head at Machins.  "You want to cash in on being aboard the Hermes, you damn well better step up to the line.  Your reputation won't sell all that well if your personnel record indicates you barely got by here.  You'll end up being that guy who fought beside the heroes, instead of being a hero.  And, yeah, you can probably still get rich off that...as long as you're content telling stories about the people you served with, instead of about yourself."  It was tempting to turn the words into a taunt...but Roy didn't need to.  If Machins had any brains, he'd get the point...and if he didn't, he wasn't going to last long.

Shadow and a few others   have to butt heads some times, but it al works out.

Once the others had finished ordering their breakfast Izzy would ask for a fruit salad topped with Greek yoghurt and honey along with some more black coffee, hoping that replace the fading adrenaline from the run with caffeine ”ooh the VIP quarters, very nice, Lizzy and I have recently moved in together so we’re having to squeeze into a single bed and have a wardrobe that is ready to explode!” she said with a giggle that turned into a laugh as she then added ”you should have seen Lizzy trying to wear one of my uniform blouse’s, even if she had managed to do up the buttons she wouldn’t have been able to breathe!” she laughed, with the fact that she hadn’t told Lizzy that it was hers making all the more amusing. As she mentioned spending some time with Lt Howe later, Izzy would smile, happy to see the look on her friends face as she spoke of him ”I don’t blame you I’d be jumping at every chance I got if Lizzy was in a different fleet...so...erm...how are things between you? I mean is it just a casual thing or...”
