Arriving at  Nikki's  , Haley buzzed them in...Alright..got   um..chicken fingers with three kinds of sauces..none of them  , do i know what the 9 hells they are  except  Purple, Blue  and Black....Got a Box of fries... and some  cold  berry pie?... and  three  colas?

Nikki looked up at them, "Did you all go on a picnic?" all the chicken and fries.  "Black is like a cross between a thai sauce and BBQ, Purple is like a Mild BBQ and sweet and sour pineapple.  Blue, I don't know" she carefully hugged Haley as she rushed in.  then gave Mitch a big kiss.  "I feel a lot better with that nap."

  There's a smile on Mitches  face  as he  opens the box and gets  some dishes out.Naw..just figure Haley burned off alot of  energy  and  figured we could have some  'easy  to eat' food..

"Well it all smells good and I'm starvin'.  Thank you." she said to Mitch and turned to Haley too "And you too, Punkin'.  Want to help me set the table?"
Nikki passed the plates around on the table.  Haley went and grabbed some paper towels.
"Guess what...Dockter Crwistie and Val are gittin' married" She said getting the paper towels.
Nikki looked up smiling "I Know.  I heard.  Is Can excited? Nikki asked.
"I think so.  He gets a mommy and daddy.  I think it makes Roll a bit sad, I told him if he wants he can come here....that okay?"
"Yes, it is.  He's always welcome here"
"He told Can if Both Dockter Crwistie and Val want to be home alone he was welcome to stay with him." She put the sauces on the table.  With things set they began to eat.  Nikki decided to be brave and try the blue sauce on the chicken.  some how made it taste a bit like ...like...waffles?  Waffles and something else she could not put a finger on.  Didn't taste bad, just unusual.  "Want to try Mitch?"

 Lizzy bubbly skipped past the guards humming here comes the bride as she continued to skip to her quarters. Lizzy got into her quarters and began loading the disc of her gun cams. Lizzy then got Izzy's return comm text message. Lizzy smiled at sent Izzy a message back," Ok I am fine, I am at our quarters I will be going through gun cams till 7, then get ready for the WEDDING.... Tell Sam I said Hi, see you soon my love." Lizzy then sent the message and then once the gun cams where ready she began her film study taking notes.

 Mitch  was making sure  the two ladies were getting  the  food they wanted, and set the   dips  in easy reach for them to try.

 as they ate,  he brought up in a causal Manner,..heard the QM  and  Rivets  talking..seems  that  tomorrow night is all about the Ball... then  the Next monring some Big Conferance to decide  who will lead the APF  Fleet...and whether the  Delta Fleet  or the  Paradise fleet will knuckle under..or go off by themselves.

 There's rumors   of Mercs coming to Etna as well trying to  sign on for  what they think will be a big Payday..or?  because they lost their paycheck when that nest station died...

  he gave Nikki a look then  seem to study his  chicken finger ex pirates..some looking for pardons  and letters  of Marque ..and...BrownCoats

Nic moved over to still her hands from her boots and at least helped her with them, setting them to the side and smiling at her no matter how reluctant she was for help. His hand rose to hold her head still as he kissed her forehead before letting her finish with the rest. He started removing his formal uniform, rehanging the shirt up and then the dress pants. At the mention of a wedding, he glanced over his shoulder. "A wedding?" He didn't know anyone well enough to know anything.

He had just turned, in his boxers and tee when she held her arms out and he chuckled at the gesture. There wasn't an answer to give as he moved over and slipped into her bed next to her. He shifted up to her and smiled. "Guess you want to go to that wedding?"

When she heard 'Brown Coats' Nikki stopped chewing a moment "It does seem a problem.  Perhaps they will make a council to rule." after starting to chew again "This ...situation...I wonder how bad it will get.  It might come down to keeping our wrecks to scavenge for spare parts.  We've been riding good and had a solid pipeline for new personnel." she was wondering if such mercenaries will become the norm.  If the oases set up by Delta fleet and others will still be secure.  "I was thinking that any stop we go going on is going to be trouble.  I'm sure Haley will be rather safe atleast at the ball.  Roll and Can too.  But prefer to have her stay on ship to be truly safe" She smiled at Haley and then at Mitch.
"How you and Mitch gonna dance with you in that floating chair?" Haley asked.  she licked the purple sauce off a finger.
"Well I am supposed to be allowed out and begin to walk about...I am sure a slow dance or two will be good" an evil eyebrow and wink at Mitch she continued "Especially if I have strong arms to support me" she smiled that sweet southern crooked smile.
 It didn't fail Nikki that there was a possibility that Haleys dad or his 'squad' might find his way to Etna...or anywhere.  Until she could see his body and know he's dead Haley was not safe.  An old family friend he may have been, when he became a traitor to Earth and it's people (including his own family)... He lost his right to even breathe the same air as his daughter.
"So Doc Christie is getting married tonight? who wants to go?" Nikki smiled brightly.
Haleys hand shot up like a rocket.

”yeah Doc Henry, Dr Henry Christie that is, is getting married to Val, I think they work together in the lab” Harry explained as she watched Nic stripping out of his dress uniform and carefully hanging it back up so it wouldn’t get creased. Once he was down to a t-shirt and boxers he would join her in bed and much to her obvious delight carefully gather her up in his arms with her head nestled upon his chest. After a little bit of wriggling in order make herself comfortable, with Harry once again seemingly unconcerned with what she was pressing up against him or how, Harry would settle down, smiling as she was asked whether she wanted to go to the wedding ”not sure I’m up to the entire service but I’d like to at least congratulate them, Doc Henry is a nice guy he actually went out of his way to ask if I was alright” Harry quietly responded with it clear that she was already drifting off ”feel free to put the tv on I’m just going to nap for a while…I promise I’m usually more fun than this but I just feel so lousy” Harry quietly said in a weary voice, hoping that she would feel better for the ball.

Nic ran his hand over Harry's hair and then rubbed her back gently after she snuggled up to him. "Ok, well you tell me when and we'll leave if you get too tired." He could tell she was drifting again and smiled as he ran his hand up and down her back. "I know," he said quietly. He hoped that she would be ok for the ball because he wanted her there at his side. And she wanted to be at the Doc's wedding so he laid there with her resting on him till the alarm rang to wake her, watching something on TV muted.

 Lizzy's alarm went off telling her she had about an hour left before the wedding. She stopped her film study and wrote down where she stopped. Then she went right into bubbly wedding mode, she headed for the bathroom for a shower and begin to get ready, hoping Izzy would be back soon so she could get ready as well.

Enjoying the feel of Nic's hand gently moving up and down her back it wasn't too long before Harry drifted off, with her simply happy that she had found a guy that was happy to stroke her hair and rub her back as she fell asleep on them without expecting anything in return.

She would awaken a little before her alarm went off with the couple of hours of sleep seemingly doing her a world of good  as she silently laid there and watched TV with Nic until her alarm finally went off, telling them that they needed to get dressed and ready for the wedding. After turning off her alarm Harry would lean in to give Nic a rather tender kiss before carefully climbing out of bed to get changed "will you help me get changed again?" Harry would meekly ask, having seemingly accepted that she couldn't do so  on her own just yet, not to mention the fact that it wasn't everyday that a cute guy was willing to wait on her hand and foot.

After locating a nice pair of black jeans, a leather jacket and combat boots with candy pink laces to go with the T-shirt she was already wearing. Harry would once again try and do as much as she could by herself though this time around she was a little less reluctant to let Nic step in and help her. Once she was dressed she would brush her ash blonde hair before leaning up to give Nic another kiss "thank you" she quietly said as a bit of a flush appeared on her cheeks, grateful for all of the help he had given her, even if it wasn't always wanted, but kind of glad that he had insisted on doing so "How do I look?" she asked Nic as she carefully placed her arm back within it's sling, aiming for the smart casual look more for comfort than anything else, considering the fact that her shoulder was still rather painful, though hopefully it would have subsided in time for the ball...or so she hoped.

Stepping out of the lifts the pair of tiny women would head down the corridor to the quarters that Izzy shared with Lizzy, with her opening the door so they could both go inside "Hey Liz, I'm back and I've brought Sam with me so she can borrow a dress from me for the wedding" she called upon entering her quarters so as to give her girlfriend fair warning that they had a guest "All of my dresses are on the left of the wardrobe Sam, anything on the right is Lizzy's and you will need a serious amount of padding" Izzy giggled as she lead her friend towards the bedroom and her rather extensive wardrobe.

Nic realized right before her alarm went off that she was awake but hadn't spoken. He was fine with that, enjoying just having her company there. No strings, no nothing that required any upkeep, just them there together watching some show silently. He moved his arm when she rolled to turn off the alarm and smiled at the kiss, returning it. He slipped up out of bed after her.

The question had him nodding. "Sure," he answered with a smile and helped her get dressed then stepped back to eye her, his head tilting slightly. "Hmm, how do you look?" He moved over to her and kissed her, hands cupping her face. When he pulled away, he smiled. "Lovely. I doubt the Doc will care what you wear, he'll likely be watching his bride."

Nic gave a smirk and then got dressed in his on duty uniform, running his fingers through his short hair and slipped the ball cap on his head. Then he moved over and curled his arms around her with a lope sided grin. "On second thought, I think you look beautiful, Harry."

 Sam walked with Izzy and Izzy called out to Lizzy, Sam walked with Izzy and when she told her where her dresses where, Sam replied, " Yes a very lot of padding Lizzy's chest is much bigger than mine." Sam giggled and begin going through Izzy's dresses on the left, plus Lizzy's taste in revealing dresses also was not Sam. She was getting better but showing as much as Lizzy did. Sam found several she really liked.

 Lizzy was done with her shower and was finishing her hair and make up as Izzy came in and said Sam was with her. Lizzy was naked in the bathroom, but she did find her robe hanging up. Lizzy then came out of the bathroom bubbly and said," Hi Izzy isnt it amazing we get to go too a real wedding, Hi Sam good too see you, so excited you are coming as well. Weddings are awesome." Lizzy was very excited about going to the wedding, she smiled at both of them and said," Go ahead I will just grab my dress and lingerie and get dressed in the bathroom you two can change in here." Lizzy then took out her sexy low cut Burian red dress, red Burian shoes, her red mesh see through lingerie set. She grabbed a ornate jewelry box as well and went into the bathroom to change.

 Lizzy put everything on finished her makeup and then opened the box and took out her Mom's ruby earrings and ruby pendant necklace. When she was all ready, she walked out too see how Izzy and Sam where doing.

Izzy couldn't help but giggle at Lizzy's excitement and enthusiasm with her finding it to be infectious "I'm just happy I get to go to this one, I was gutted when I learned Melia was getting married whilst I was stuck on the hangar dec" Izzy replied, with the memory reminding her that they still had to give Zob and Melia their wedding present if not the party they had originally intended "Ok Liz, I'll see you when you're dressed, we won't be too long?" she said watching as Lizzy walked into the bathroom before turning back to Sam with a grin that said she suspected she would be getting lucky tonight.

Although her wardrobe was nowhere near as large and varied as Captain Si's, Izzy did have a sizeable collection of outfits within which dresses and high heeled shoes featured heavily. It was as they were going through her collection that Izzy would quietly confess that she had perhaps gone a little mad when she'd got her first job with a decent wage and had bought everything that had tickled her fancy with there even being a few that she'd never even worn, though considering she'd spent most of her childhood in hand me downs and thrift store clothing it was perhaps to be expected.

She would eventually settle on a dark green knee length dress that sparkled with specks of glitter and a pair of stylish high heeled shoes "Feel free to borrow some shoes as well, you look to have small feet like mine...and yeah I think it would take more than a little tissue paper stuffed into your bra to get any of Liz's dresses to fit either of us!" she called over her shoulder with a laugh as she quickly stripped out of her uniform. Having seen each other naked at the spa Izzy wasn't too concerned with modesty as she took everything off in order to exchange her underwear for something black and lacy for Lizzy to enjoy later on before pulling on the dress she had found, with it nicely showing off her figure "Have you found anything you like the look of Sam? I think there's a little white dress that would suit you near the back" she said as she started to apply a little makeup, deciding that she would have to find some contacts to wear to the ball, then again she did look cute in glasses...

With Nic telling her that she looked beautiful, Harry's cheeks would flush bright pink with her rather shyly responding "It's only a pair of jeans and a jacket" quietly delighted by the compliment with Nic seemingly taking her previous statement that it was his job to say she was pretty to heart. She would lean up to kiss him again, using the excuse of brushing aside a few errant strands to brush her fingers through his hair before softly speaking "well I'm ready to go when you are" she said as she took his hand in her own and they made their way to the wedding.

 Sam smiled as Lizzy came out in her robe, she did have a stunning body. She got everything she needed and headed back into the bathroom. Sam looked through Izzy's very nice selection and found a powder blue dress that was perfect. Sam replied," Yes I found this dress and those shoes there should match and fit. Thank you Izzy and yes probably a few rolls of toilet paper." Sam giggles.

 Sam got undressed she wasnt shy around girls at least now, thanks to Howe. She got out of ehr uniform and then got into the dress and shoes and was ready when Lizzy returned looking like a billion credits.

 Lizzy smiled at Izzy and Sam when she came out, and they where just about ready. " Sam you look amazing in that dress." Lizzy then smiled at Izzy, kissed her and then said," You look gorgeous Izzy, now shall we go too a wedding." Lizzy will lead the trio to the Rec Dec and their seats.

By the time Lizzy came out of the bathroom looking very much like the glamorous fashion models Izzy had filmed and interviewed during the early days of her media career, She and Sam had both finished getting changed and had applied their makeup. After taking a moment to admire Lizzy in all of her finery, Izzy would slip her arms around Lizzy and return the kiss before replying "and you look like a goddess" with her not for the first time wondering how she had managed to get such an amazingly beautiful woman as Lizzy to fall in love with her "And Sam you look lovely in that dress as well... now lets get going" she then said, slipping an arm about Lizzy's waist as the three of them went out the door.

Getting ready for a wedding was a monumental task according to Nikki.  After eating and getting cleaned up Nikki helped Haley giving her an updo bun. She slipped into one of her ball dresses (the purple one with butterflies).  Now for herself.  difficult with a leg in dermaplast and dermafoam.  she looked at her closet She did have an idea, she commed Commander Si
"Ma'am.  Sorry to disturb you.  May I come see you?" She asked mitch if he would not mind watching  Haley for a few minutes.

  The Captain said,  Yes..but she would have  to  deal with the fuss in her  quarters.

Sleeping it offHaley was awakened with a gentle shake.  She rubbed her eyes wasNikki ready to go.  "Morning pun'kin.  I have a check up on my leg.  I wanted to let you know I'll be back in a few.  there is a glass of milk and juice in the fridge, box of cereal and som fruit.  Okay?" she gave her a kiss on the forehead.
Bleary eyed she yawned and mumbled "Do I goot get up now?" to which Nikki shook her head no.  Haley understood...sorts in a morning haze.  and with the forehead kiss she turned slightly to return to sleep.

back in the chair Nikki in off duty casual hoverchaired to the med deck.  "Haley decided to sleep and I have an appointment with a doctor about a chair/butt extraction" she smiled at the guards at the end of the hall.
