Lizzy smiled and went right after Izzy heading for Captain Si's quarters. She was a little nervous and Lizzy planned on asking it in a interesting way but she ahd a plan, she hoped.

"I have to say, I've been pretty comfortable here, since I came aboard," she was telling Justin, as they walked the hall toward her personal quarters.

"At heart, I still consider myself a diehard Terran.  There was a time I didn't think I'd ever be comfortable living aboard a ship, but my opinion's changed some.  Though I do miss Earth."

She took care of the code, and the door hissed open.   After which she entered, and waited for him to follow, before it closed again.

"Well, here we are," she indicated the place. It was apparent Alison had a liking for lighter, pastel colors.  The room had a softer, feminine look to it, to the degree one could do that on a military vessel, and without being overkill about it.

"Can I get you anything to drink?   I've got mineral water, cranberry juice, a really good natural cola, and about half a bottle of rosé wine still left..."

As they made their way to the Officers deck to Justin acknowledged the Doc's comments with a understanding nod. Sooo... This is what the Command deck looks like Justin comments as he stepped out of the elevator. Accompanying the Doc he followed her into her cabin noting the softer pastel colours and personalised decore lending the area a pleasantly feminine atmosphere. Thanks Doc anything Is fine.

"Well okay, cool."   She activated the flat panel screen, via her COM, that was the central adornment of one wall.

Accessing the database that contained her photos, Alison began:

"Where to start?   What do you like best-?  The ocean?  Amazing, ancient architecture?   Lots of green and some castles?  How about -- "

She paused, as the Squawk broadcast filtered through her room's audio system.   Her expression grew a bit more grim, uncertain what to expect this time...

to that end ..we will have a  survival Run for all Pilots, at 0800 the first Morning of our arrival...it  should take between 1  and  2 hours...Just so  I do not have to discipline anyone, the  Run is  to see how you survive  with the  equipment  you carry on a Jump off....mechs  and their support should  run thier own training...as always.. the   Run is opened to SEC Volunteers.

After the Run, all pilots  will be permitted to go on their way, and  enjoy shore leave..unless, of  course.. you end up  in Med tech..That is all....

After it ended, she glanced to Justin.  "So.  Bura -- here we come!  And you'll have a mandatory run after we get there!  You all set for that-?"

Would you like to us the randomiser? he reies to her questionon what to view. The LC'S announcement boomed over the internal com; Justin grinned at the Doc's response and question.  Hopefully... If I'm not then the tunnen laps I do regularly have been a waste of time.

"Of course -- the randomizer!  You're smart, as well as remarkably fit, from all that tunnel running."    Alison turned it on, and various images from her travels began to appear up on the screen.

Then she glanced back to Justin, with a smile.

"Of course too -- it does leave my hands free for other things."     She walked up close to him, reached up, placed her hands up on his chest.

"I'd put them on your shoulders, but I'm not quite tall enough.  Do you think it's too soon?   For us to kiss, I mean?"

Placing one hand on top.of hers Justin leaned forward. Slipping his other hand on in the small of her back. Of course not Doc... theres nothing like a healthy smooch or two ...dozen.

Alison initiated the first one -- urging him to lean nearer her face, until their lips met.   That first was light, playful -- followed by a second that was just a bit deeper.

And then a third one, about the same.  It was on the forth one,  where things became more heated and intense...

Enfolding her in his arms Justin mirrored the Doc's kisses frequency, intensity & intimacy.

After a time, Alison paused to catch her breath, and then murmured to him:  "That's just fantastic...now, why don't you pick me up and carry me over to the bed?" 

She was often very methodical, somewhat cool, in the way she approached things, romance included.   But there was also that side to her that couldn't resist being spontaneous, and running with an impulse.    And she was indulging it now.

Certainly. As long as you have no problems with being carried accross the Command Deck to my Cabin...

Again, the spontaneity was at the fore;  she smiled:

"Well, okay then; carry me where you will..."

Justin grinned. Aware how women preferred to share intimacies in familiar places he scooped the Doc off her feet and carried her the short distance to her bed. Lowering her onto it he slipped alongside her allowing the natural flow of events to engulf them.

She'd suspected he was joking; this was of course a far better, more rational, option.

Alison wasn't a loose woman, by any standard;  she was selective in her encounters and liaisons.   Normally, having a few dates first would be requisite to getting this far.   But not always; and, anyway, this kind of was their second one.  And she was making an exception for him, regardless.

First time with a new partner always had that fresh kind of energy and excitement to it.   And sometimes could be awkward, though often that was part of the fun too.

She put the same kind of creativity, verve, and care into lovemaking that she did most things which really mattered to her.   Like an artist, she did her best work when inspired...and she was plenty inspired by Justin.

She worked to give him the sort of experience he'd not soon forget...that would lead him to compare other women to her, if it turned out this was only a fling for him.

Because it was more than that for her...

Many hours later Justin's wristband chimed it was time for his circuits. Killing the alarm he looked at the Doc with a half smile and questioning raised eyebrow.

Nikki helped Haley with her load as well.  They made their way to their quarters and sat things down on the table and couch.  She helped Haley get the rope off as well.  "Okay we have several things to get a set up for the Briss.  Some we now have and we still need to get more", plus food"

Nikki looked about her place "Now we can't block doors or have the main door open on them.  I was thinking though a main climbing tower with rope they can claw, lots of plates to help Friday up and down.  We can have magnetic shelves over the couch and bolt hole tubes over the doors" she moved about the room and opened the bathroom "We can get a extra eye alarm to have it open for the Briss and move the towel bar over and give them a space for their litterbox and some more shelving and rope to climb and play with." she told Haley her plan.  "We can also get some 'cat and hamster style toys for them.  Another eye for the bedroom door. have more shelves and maybe another poe and tree. over in that corner.  I'll move my music instruments to hand in a closet and we will need to put strong mag locks on the drawers and cabinets to keep them out of it and trouble.  then its just finding out where they like to hang out and such" Nikki was thinking, it would work they had high and low spaces for them.
"And to take them all on walks. maybe to the farm and the civie park for exercise"
Nikki nodded. "Okay..lets get you a hot dog now.  Your growing and need to build muscles.  Maybe you like to come run, like Roll does when we run"
she thought about it "Ah got shorter legs and Ah don't wanna gits runover by the people mean to Roll."
"Not gonna happen.... Anyone mess with you they deal with me, and Larry, and Shadow, Shade, possibly Roy, Roll and Gregor, Sneak, Lizzy and Izzy, Zob...." She listed about a third of the crew as they left their quarters and got to the lift.
Haley just grinned when passing the hall guards and she listed their names too.

"I do hate to see you go.  But I know you've got those laps you usually go do."  She smiled. "I could go with you; I've built up pretty good stamina from swimming.  But I'd still probably crap out after a good three circuits or so."

That would be great; have you jogged much? I know swimming provides quite an overall exercise routine. Do you know each circuit is quite a distance being about three miles each.

That's the spirit, you never can tell, if and when being able to jog a circuit will come in handy. comments Justin. I'll head back to my Cabin to change into my field gear. I'll be back in six. he informs giving the Doc a kiss before heading off.

Alison returned his kiss, and then stretched, arising from the pad over to her closet, to find something appropriate for this all-out marathon.

A for-fun attitude was for sure best in something like this.  But, that didn't mean she wasn't to acquit herself the very best that she could...

Justin returns donned in his flight crash gear.
Pressing the door chime to let the Doc know he was there.

On hearing it, she went to the door to let him in.

She had donned a field training suit, that she'd worn for her basic ESN training, and officer preparation.  She eyed his own garb. "I hope this will do?   I'm afraid I don't own any crash gear.  My plan is to avoid crashing, to the very best of my ability."

The LC has us wearing what we'd be wearing in the field. Unless you'd be issued a weapon and gear for ground operations I'd suspect it'd be your standard knife and Sidearm you have on the 351.

"Ah. One moment."    She went to retrieve sidearm and knife from where the kept them, and then proceeded to belt them on.   She smiled.

"Do you like girls with guns?  You know my uncle taught me how to shoot, way back before I joined the ESN."
