Nikki gave a thumbs up "Right now they are going to Doc Henrys and see the baby larg, Thor.  Izzy might be worth a few pictures....Thor is damn cute"  Then back to Mitch "Okay beau-hunk...wanna play fixer upper with me?" She winked and nodded to the civie section with the promised Price of some help.  She began heading that way.

Once at their table he would be introduced to all.  Of them Jug was the largest over all but compared to humans was quite short

 Vaka  gave a bit of a smile,I am trying to learn the ways her... SM Spencer is to give me my duties ..I am hopign to see the football  game..it is said to be exciting..

"We can do that" Jug said before ushering the squad to police thier table.  "Let us go work out.  We can all learn new things and learn to work as a team"


She would lead them to an empty area on the field to sheow Vaka some of thier style and how better to blend in and stand out.

At the suggestion that they do a little shopping and generally relax, Izzy would smile before adding a few suggestions of her own "yeah that sounds nice...maybe we could go and catch a movie or see if they have a spa or something" she said more than happy with the idea of them getting a little pampering. As for Lizzy's dress for the ball, Izzy was under no illusions that it would be as risque as usually, she was just a little disappointed that she wouldn't be able to enjoy it as much as she liked.

With the subject turning to that of her mother, Izzy rolled her eyes at the memory of her coming out and the unexpected reaction she'd received "rather well seeing as my mother knew that I was gay before I did!" she said in exasperation, wishing that somebody had thought to tell her that particular fact and save her a lot of awkwardness "...but yeah she loves Lizzy, especially since she told her she wanted kids" she continued knowing that there would be no escaping motherhood for her, although she did hope to put if off for a little while longer.

 Lizzy kept smiling, Haley said she was going with Doc Christy to see the new born Larg Thor, Lizzy smiled and her face looked so happy talking with and being with Haley.

 Once that was taken care of , Lizzy listened and replied," Thank you Sam, it is a part of my life I will put behind me and start a new life here on the Hermes and with Izzy." When Izzy talked about seeing a movie or going to a spa, Lizzy smiled and said, " A movie would be great but a Spa would be awesome I owe Nikki a spa trip as well, maybe I will invite Melia, oh my she needs to do wedding planning, I would love to help her do that."

 Lizzy let Izzy and Sam talk, she listened and smiled and when Izzy said Lizzy wanted kids, she couldn't hide the smile on her face. Lizzy said," Yes I would love to have a child, but we are in a war, if one comes to us I will adopt right away, but having one on our own I think will wait for a bit, not sure I can fly pregnant." She giggled and smiled. It was so good seeing Izzy talking with her friend, it made Lizzy very happy.

 Sam smiled it was so good seeing her friend again and she was still wearing the necklace she got her. Sam replied," Yes I agree with Lizzy a Spa day would be great, I have been so busy with the new fleet, and adding more ships, Sarah is amazing as a commanding officer, she expects your best at all times and she leads by example."

 Izzy replied to her question about Izzy's mom, Sam smiled and said," Well I have heard parents can do that, I never knew my parents my childhood  was being chained and whipped. I am just glad I got rescued and now I have a great position in the Burian Fleet." Sam smiled looked at Lizzy and could see her face when children where mentioned and said," Yeah it really looks like Lizzy wants kids, but waiting is a good idea, now if there is a orphaned child that needs a home?"

 Sam looked over at Howe and smiled.

Howe  was  lookign at a Vid Board   Fitz was showing him, he managed a  wave to  Sam, and Got Pulled  back into a talk as Foster  said  somthing.

 Lippen , Cora  and  Ellen  were headed to the Lifts, chatting   endlessly, lookign more  like college  grils then SEC  troopers.

With both Lizzy and Sam liking the idea of a spa day, with the former already conjuring up a guest list and volunteering to help organise Melia’s wedding with Izzy quietly wondering whether it would turn into a dry run for their own wedding. Not that she’d asked Lizzy yet, or she her, but somehow Izzy suspected ghat very much like having a child of her own one day, marriage was very much on the cards ”Well, why don’t you join us Sam? Get yourself all pampered and pretty for a certain pilot” she offered with a giggle, more than happy for the petite blonde to join them.

At the mention of Sam’s parents and the fact that she had never known them or had a real childhood, Izzy would give her a sympathetic look as she softly spoke to her ”Well if you ever need us, Lizzy and I will always be here for you” she said before turning on Lizzy with a stern ”...And if you think you’re going to be flying combat missions whilst pregnant you have another thing coming!”

 Lizzy smiled her face was racing on Melia's wedding and couldnt wait to help her, and maybe it was a dry run for getting her own wedding. Lizzy knew she wanted children so most likely Izzy would want to get married at some time, Lizzy wanted to wait a little bit before asking Izzy that question. When Izzy said Sam should join them she smiled and said," Yes it would be great if you joined us as well Sam."

 Lizzy looked at Sam when she spoke of her childhood, Lizzy replied," Of course we will both be here for you if you need us Sam." Then Izzy turned to Lizzy and said she was not going to fly combat missions pregnant, Lizzy looked at her and said," Yes Izzy I will follow doctors orders if I get pregnant, I would do everything I can to keep our child safe Izzy."

 Lizzy looked around and Haley had not returned yet so she would not leave the Rec Dec until Haley knew where Lizzy was.

 Sam smiled, looked a little embarrassed and said," Yes I would love to join you for a spa pampering, and looking good for a certain pilot would be nice."

 Sam looked at them both and said," Thank you very much the both of you." Sam fought back tears she never really had a family and Izzy and Lizzy was the closest she had to one and Sarah as well. When Izzy  was stern with Lizzy Sam smiled and said," Izzy if she does get pregnant I know she will do what is best for the baby, I know she would never put a child in danger."

 Sam was having a great time talking with Izzy and Lizzy Sam has never had a friend like Izzy and it felt good.

”I know, but sometimes find you have to spell it out to these fighter jocks...they have one hell of an ego you know!” Izzy replied to Sam with a grin, suspecting that although she wouldn’t risk the life of a child that she might be tempted to risk flying in the early stages of her pregnancy, especially in the name of greater good. However if Lizzy said she would do as she was told then she would believe her ”ok so you, me, Sam, Nikki and Melia...anyone else we want to bring along on a spa day?” she asked knowing that Lizzy was more likely to other friends she’d like to bring along.

 Lizzy looked at Izzy with a loving look and said," I will never put our child in danger I will follow doctor's and my Superior's orders and I will listen to you as well my love okay I promise and I have no Ego, I know I am the best pilot out there duh." Lizzy giggles but acknowledged Izzy she would not put their child in danger. Lizzy then thought of how her Mother was pregnant and went into combat but as a Captain of a ship.

 Then Izzy brought up the spa day and who else they should invite, Lizzy thought of Gia after her bad landing she could use a day and then there was Harry. Here Lizzy was hoping they could be close friends again but that comment that Lizzy wasnt worth being friends with really hurt her, more then she will let anyone know. Lizzy always tried to be a good friend, yeah she overreacted but it was because of love, Harry's comment was meant and tore her heart apart. Harry was part of the talk of getting a spa day before Lizzy would at least mention her and ask her Lizzy wanted to forgive Harry but they will never be what they once where and Lizzy was very sad about that. She then said," We could ask Gia she has had it rough lately and we can at least invite Harry not sure she will come though. I am very excited about this spa day Izzy it will be so much fun."

 Sam smiled and said," I know but the good pilots also are caring as well." Sam smiles and hopes Lizzy will follow orders and listen to Izzy if she ever got pregnant.

 Sam knew Melia and wouldnt mind spending time with her, she didnt know Nikki, or Gia and she knew Harry a little bit. Sam wanted to invite Sarah but the others might feel weird with having her with them and she wanted everyone to be relaxed. Sam then said," That sounds with me whoever you want to invite, the only person I would invite is Commodore McKeon but that might be awkward and I want all of us be be relaxed. This will be fun for all of us I think Izzy."

Zob simply shook his head, "No" although it was a simple word it carried weight behind it he found himself identifying more with the human side of him then demon, "I would rather keep things more in line with human tradition if at all possible, but i think vows is a good idea"

Melia looks thoughtfully, "Okay so more earth-like, umm do you think formal or more informal is better? I've never been super formal, but it'd kinda be nice to be real fancy, kinda feel like royalty for the day..." She says musing aloud anticipating input. "If we do formal, we'd want to ask the Captain for help. I don't know her that well, but with the way she collects dresses she's bound to know what or who to talk with to do fancy. For informal we ask Shadow, he's an expert at big friendly parties."

Zob smiled slightly as he reached his hand across the table and gently held hers, "No matter what day it is you are a queen to me"

After a moment of thinking it over he spoke, "I think informal would be a good way to go about doing so ive never had a bad time at a party he has hosted" Zob intentionally left out the random assassination attempts from that statement.

It would be clear to all that saw her that although Harry was far from being a happy bunny she was no longer in a murderous mood as she walked across the rec dec and took a seat. Putting her feet up on the chair opposite her she would order a cup of tea from a passing waitress before leaning back in her chair and staring at the ceiling with a bored expression on her face as she tried to figure out how she was going to spend the rest of her day.

”I know you would baby...also I like the way you keep saying if I got pregnant, because I’m pretty certain we’re going to know, it’s not like I’m going to knock you up by accident” she giggled before listening to the suggestion’s of who to invite along to a spa day. She didn’t really know Gia but she seemed friendly enough, Harry meanwhile was a bit of a wild card because although there were times she could be friendly and stick up for you there were other times where she would simply threaten to toss you out of an airlock ”Well she’s sitting over there if you want to ask her” Izzy said, nodding her head towards where Harry was sitting by herself with Izzy wondering whether she wouldn’t appreciate the offer judging by the look on her face, then again she and Lizzy had had a falling out so perhaps not.

At the suggestion of commodore McKeon being invited Izzy would hesitate knowing that like Sam had already suggested that it might be a little awkward after all she heavily outranked all of them, was Sam’s direct superior and may feel awkward about spending time with them herself ”I don’t know...I’m not sure whether that would be a good idea...would she be able to leave her rank at the door?” she said in an uncertain voice, not wanting to upset Sam by refusing to invite somebody she considered a friend but more than a little dubious by having a fleet commander joining their girly day out.

 Lizzy smiled and said," Well yes I say if because we will have to set it up and do artificial insemination. I know I want children but right now would be bad but Izzy if we find a orphan who needs a home?"  After Izzy mentioned Harry was right over there by herself, Lizzy smiled and said," Yes I will at least ask her , thank you Izzy I will be right back." Lizzy got up but answered the talk about inviting Sarah the Commodore. " I think Sam could at least ask her and see how she responds but honestly I would feel a little weird and awkward with her around not to be offensive at all to her Sam, but if your ok with it and she can just be one of the ladies then I am for it she needs to relax as well."

 Lizzy then smiled and walked over to where Harry was, she didnt sit down, and she said," Hi Harry, hope you are doing okay. Izzy, Sam and I are getting a bunch of ladies together for a spa time while we are on Everest. We are inviting Nikki, Gia, Milia and we are also wondering if you would like to join us Harry?" Lizzy was smiling but Harry could tell Lizzy was different towards her what happened between them had lasting effects on where there relationship would be headed next.

 Sam smiled and replied," Yeah it might be weird I understand that but I think I will ask her, I have a feeling she might not accept but I would like to invite her Izzy." After Lizzy went to talk to Harry Sam said," Other than you and Howe, Sarah is the closest friend I have I know she out ranks all of us by a lot, but I would like too at least ask her if that is okay Izzy, of course I will ask her if she can be just one of the girls if she accepts."

Lounging in her chair with her feet up and a cup of tea close to hand Harry was surprised to find Lizzy walking up to her considering how things were going between them, with her asking if she would like to join her and the girls on a spa day whilst they were on Everest. The idea of spending time with the girls was rather appealing despite her current relationship with them and the memories of Abby it conjured however there was the small problem of Will’s invitation to the owners box to consider ”um...when were you thinking of doing this? Only I’d kind of like to go, if people are happy to have me, but Will has asked if I will be his escort to this thing in the owners box for the game...I don’t really want to go but I think I have to” she said in a despondent voice, already suspecting that she would end up missing out due to other commitments.

”Well if an orphan comes along we’ll just have to discuss it, won’t we?” Izzy replied with a smile knowing full well that Lizzy would be powerless to resist a pair of sad little eyes and a hopeful smile, leaving it up to Izzy to be the voice of reason and actually figure out a way for them to make it work.

As Lizzy went over to speak with Harry, Izzy would listen as Sam explained that the commodore was probably her only other real friend and that although she didn’t think she would accept would at least like to make the offer Well...ok, if she can just be one of the girls then ask her” she said deciding that they would cross that bridge if she actually said yes.

 Lizzy smiled at Harry and said," Well I think tomorrow morning as soon as we get up and hopefully be done before the game, also want to help Melia get ready for her wedding. If you have to go early not sure if we will have time, or possibly first thing the next morning we can get pampered for the Ball. We havent really set up a time yet we just started planning it."

 Lizzy wanted Harry to come she was a part of the original group but Abby was also in that group as well. Lizzy gave her some options plus she needed to talk to the others as well, she wanted to rebuild things with Harry. The way Harry lashed out at her really did hurt her, did she not mean that much to her in the first place or was she getting to close and used this too push her away.
