With a wistful sigh, Billie have the Admiral her attention though she didn't release Arnie, enjoying that intense feeling that he brought out in her that wasn't pain. When he finished, she looked to Arnie. "Did you want to stay here or head to the Condo?"

  Arnie gave a shurg,..Its up to you?.. i mean, we have  all night, and  most of the day, unless we  wake up for  the LC's breakfast

"Sure will" Nikki replied over the comm.  She carried Haley to the load are back to Hermes, keeping an eye out doing so.

Henry gathered up the largs.

"You are sleeping at the condos tonight," he told them.

"Disna, Puskie, and Roll are busy on the Hermes keeping an eye on Gregor, so you can come with me - and my family are at the condos. Larry, that's optional for you, Freddie, take charge if Larry doesn't want to come. Thor, come here, I'll carry you, it's a fair step."

She smiled. "I think we should hang out a just a little longer...then we can go to the Condo." There was a mischievous glint in her eyes when she mentioned the condo.

 Meari had fun hung out looked for a few people to dance with. She saw Zob and Lizzy dancing too bad Zob was tall enough for Meari to dance with easily. Meari figured it was time too head back to the Condo unless she saw someone to dance with or people doing something she was interested in.

Zob did his best to dance and once the song came to a end he chuckled a bit, "Thanks for the dance Lizzy I'm slowly getting better" he then glanced over in Meari's direction, "would it be alright if i stepped away for a bit and had a talk with Sgt Meari over there?" he figured it polite to ask rather then up and ditch her.

 Arnie chuckled,..it sounds   good to me...who knows   how shore leave will go on Matterhorn, nothing is  guaranteed

   The largs, Including Larry  who left  Shadow, went up to the  Condo.

   Shade  was dancing with Maria  and  Lona Lake

    Shadow Sat on his towel  watching the Glowfish... civies  were sitting around together  now. Most of them, were respectful a and thankful for the   Military folks, but it was plain they liked being by themselves as  well.

 Lizzy smiled at Zob and said," You did great Zob and of course go speak with Sgt. Meari and thank you for the dances Zob." Lizzy smiled and then bubbly went off and decided to check on the kids who where still here too see if any needed any help.

Zob took a deep breathe and walked on over to Meari, "A good looking Udenese woman all by herself... that just won't do how about we change that with a dance?" he offered his hand if accepted he would head to the dance area with her.

 Meari was about to head back to the Condo when Zob came over. Meari smiled and replied," Well thank you handsome Demon and yes I love love to dance." Meari smiled and walked with Zob too the dance floor.

Zob chuckled at the handsome part as he began to dance a slow dance with her, "This ugly mug? i don't think so but the gesture is appreciated non the less"

 Meari smiled and replied," Oh come on for a Demon you are extremely good looking. Plus I dont have to bend over dancing with you or Frakas." Meari then began to slow dance with Zob, she was an ok dancer nothing special herself, she was not the dancer of the likes of other ladies like Ens. O'Conner Zob just danced with, but she was closer to Zob's height so it was at least more comfortable to dance with Meari, even if she wasnt a great dancer.

Zob danced a bit and almost just barely missed stepping on her foot as he awkwardly misstep to the songs rhythm but quickly recollected himself as he gave her a twirl, "It must be the human ancestry cause its sure not the demon side of me" Zob couldn't help but smile and chuckle a bit at it as if some otherworldly presence took over as he carefully pulled off a dip.

 Meari enjoyed the twirl and then replied to Zob," Yes it must be definitely your human ancestry. " Meari chuckled and smiled as well as they went into a dip. Meari responded and danced happily with Zob. Meari was having a great time dancing with her friend Zob, she then says," How is PO Melia doing I havent seen her lately?"

Zob continued there dance for as long the song was was playing, "Melia has been temporarily assigned to the med tech ships until further notice, shes patching up and caring for those injured after our last major conflict, so its just been me and Orria... according to the messages i got it could be quite a long while before she rejoins us sadly"

 Meari continued dancing and replied," Oh I am sorry she wont be around for awhile, I guess they need her help big time. Orria is doing well working with Lt. Morrow. You will do fine with Orria if you need help I will do what I can. "

When the sang eventually came to a end he stepped off to the side so he wasn't in others ways, "I know she is doing well under Beth's guidance, I'm just doing my best and provide for her the best i can given the circumstances and i do appreciate the offer im just doing my best to unwind and have some fun and live life a little"

 Meari smiled and replied," Yes she does really well with Lt. Morrow and Lt. Robertson from the Burian fleet. Yes if you need some assistance please ask, and yes we all need unwind and have some fun been a rough few weeks."

 Lizzy will play with the kids on the beach and have a great time, she will get some soda and just have fun with the kids until they get tired.

Zob nods, "I will certainly ask if i need any help with her, but as it stands things seem to be going ok" he then checked the time, "Are you gonna stick around here or head on back to the condo?"

   The Dance  area  was a happy Noisy place, while the darker, surrounding areas  where more  quiet , suited  for   romantic pairs, or  Civie  families , just enjoying some  time alone, that didn't  include a metal  floor and  walls.

 The Crowd  started to Chant, and  Shade  Bleeped  loudly,  Shadow's head  dropped  to his  hands that were  crossed over his  Knees.  , The LC  stood, walked towards the   dance  area, tossing his  empty shake contained in the trash,

   Shade  whirled  and Buzzed  pointing to the   flattened  sand..."comon' LC! "....

 Shadow looked down and  Shade, and Nodded, ..Alright..Just Once!!! he said more to the  Pilots  and SEC  folks   then he did to Shade.

  The  song  'The Natural' played, the one   Shade  and Shadow danced to at the harbormaster's  HQ on Anzio,,,.. the two moved pretty well together..  one  hand  curled over thier head  with the other on thier  belly   as  they swayed on direction.. then  changing  pose  and direction   ..every   now  and then   a bit of  a dance that looked like  fast  motion  Egyptian  hieroglyphs .

 People cheered  and clapped ( granted, most  had   pretty much to drink right now. )  when they were   done,  Frans shouted..SLOW SONGS!!!

 Frans  stepped up first to Dance with  Shadow, Eckles, Mara and a few others  waiting ...

 other ladies who didn't  want to wait in Line grabbed   innocent bystanders  and  pulled them out on the   flattened  sand.

 Meari smiled and then added," That is great I am glad things are good with Orria." Meari thought for a second and then said," I think I will stick around here for a bit we dont get a lot of time on a beach on the Hermes." Meari smiled and looked around at everyone still dancing and enjoying the Beach.

Zob looked back at the dance floor then to Meari, "I think i got at least one last dance in me before i should head on back to the condo and make sure Orria gets to bed proper" if she was willing he would take her out for one last dance.

 Meari smiled took Zob's hand and replied," Yes I would like that, and that is a good fatherly thing." Meari smiled and followed Zob out to the dance floor for a final dance.
