Don’t listen to him.  Rebuilt craft from the Regenisis corporation are every bit as safe and clean as brand new off the line craft.  Indeed they are better as we have endeavored to identify and improve upon weaknesses in the original design.  I sign off on every ship myself.   Last mechanic who left cheese powder in the cockpit got fired.

Oh i have a allergy to dairy and well i'm also lactose intolerant, so i have the best of both worlds!

Fun times. I tend to eat dairy free/gluten free most of the time but allow myself some cheat snacks on Fridays.

Cheese is my weakness...my fav is gouda or havarti.

for  Xmas  Eve tradition (strated with my Late wife)... we cook up Hickory Farms  Beefstick in thier  sweet and sour sauce (  had to use Kraft this year because all thier sauces  were out!)

  as that gets  cooked up, I have  differant flavors of crackers..* triskits flavors, Ritz  ect ect  on a  Big Football platter... around the edges  us  Hickory farms cheeses..( or  the last few years  The Amish Store cheeses..one of the guys that play football on sundays with me owns it)..

  But the chesses  with the  crackers and the  sweet and sour beefstick is great!

Good cheeses.  I also like those and Gruyere.  Plus Vermont extra sharp aged white cheddar!!!! I use that to help make mac and cheese.
Ad a matter of fact for new years I made some for me and a neighbor (we binged a bunch of movies).  I had reindeer shaped pasta. home made cheese black forest ham chunks and chopped up broccoli in it.  oh man!  CooI usually make onion rolls with deli roast beef, deli black forest ham, and honey turkey slices and havarti.  warm them under a broiler til buns toast a bit and cheese melts.  ooey, gooey delicious!

Well, looks like I'm going to end up replacing tires...I had a flat at work last night, and it was late enough and dark enough when I left work that I didn't realize it right away.  Got to the tire place and they said it had been driven flat long enough to damage the sidewalls...so they can't fix it.

So, that's $400 or more that's gonna vanish in the wind...sounds like a good place to spend my stimulus money...

One of My brother-inlaws was workign at  a truck place named ' Thieles '.. he had  just got  some overtime  and  a small bonus  and they got their Xmas  things  taken care of.. as he was one his   way home, about this time of year,, his care slide off the umplowed  roads  and  bumped into a tree...

 he had( at that time, early 70s)..129. and 35 cents..somewhere in there... they  pulled the car out, fixed the Dent.. the  bill came to  129.35.

 he said " how the hell did they know!"
