He was one of a handful of people that I was quite content to see leave the game that way.  There haven't been many of them...but yeah, there's been a few.

I still go back and read those posts from time to time and it's just as baffling now as it was years ago.

I remember reading some of his posts and wondering if he'd made it some kind of personal mission to try and piss off the entire crew of the Hermes, one at a time...dude was obsessed with trying to push buttons on people...

Did I misread the instructions?  I thought it was 1d100 plus speed, but I was also skimming over a lot of back posts so it could have gotten garbled...

ETA:  I did misread.  That would explain why I saw all these other roles and wondered why everybody else was so slow...so, my total roll would be 114, then.  Still, when you look at my history of (lack of) performance in anything involving speed, this is pretty damned good...

Ok, I edited  in the rolls for  Roy and Karl  and  did  some   rolls here  for a few  NPCs

 Billie must be  strapped in RL, so we'll move on

 Jug  won for the Ladies ..Dusk was the closest NPC  with 99

 Nikki with 93  was next closest  of the PCs

hey Zob..that mask..didn't you put a pic up of yourself  with a Mask like that  years  ago? That's from a Vid Game..right?

Correct and I was just curious of Roy's opinion of it given his history in costume design and the like.

I never  saw the game, but is saw them in  Vid clips like i put up for the game..looks  like a dead ringer.

It looks awesome...but it also looks like it's got some serious visibility and air circulation issues (the things that jump out at you when most of the masks you make are for people to dance in...)

PVC?  I'm guessing, since there are irregularities on the inside that indicate it was poured.  Did you make the molds yourself?  I like the weathering effects with the paint.  I've never worked with PVC as a mask material...what's it like?

I had help from a good friend with the mold so i can't take all the credit in that department, as for the mask its was originally designed to be a display piece for a mannequin but opted to later on use it for a one off cosplay.

I learned the hard way to always sand down your edges well cause my face looked like i french kissed a pack of razor blades.

Yeah...I made a series of masks for a show at the park...they were inspired by the metal hockey mask from the Quiet Riot album covers.  Made them out of fiberglass (back in 2002...we're still using those same masks, and only a few of them have needed some touch-up repairs)...I glued felt around all the edges and the eye openings, just so there was something remotely skin-friendly in contact with the dancers' faces.

Weird day today...worked concessions for our early afternoon matinee (we do free matinees two days a week over the summer...we make a killing on concessions for them, but since they're free, and it's first come, first served, they get a little crazy!)  So, no time to post much earlier today...every time I got caught up on what had been posted, it was time to get back to work.  Went straight from that to my 'real' job at the park, and am back at the theater to get the last movie into the server and get all the showtime information squared away in the display cases.

 Henry, when you want to break through the  'rings of  people' to take your bride simply RP it out.. People will try to  stop you, but more or less, Playfully...Henry may transition to where he wants to  take Val.

 Roy, back in the day, we would  walk down to our theater on Saturdays  for  Matinees.. and  see two movies. Like Godzilla or  the HAmmer Films  with Peter Cushing and  Christopher Lee, sometimes there would be a sci-fi ( war of the worlds )..

 Cost us 25 cents to get in.. 10 cent  Popcorn  in cardboard  'scoop containers' as long as your arm. Boxes of  candy for  5 or  10 cents  , Sodas  were 25 cents  as well... I miss those  daays!

 anyway.. the Middle Girl wantted to make Jellow, so we made Jello? she thought it was the greatest thing in the  world( even though they help my son with his  cooking show)

 Big storm rolled in..it was in the high 80's  here, and the rain came  down, we went on the porch to watch.. the two littlest one asked if they could run around in the rain.. i said  sure, laid down ground rules for when they come in..and now they are runnign around laughing  like nut balls.
