NA-CE followed the group, they were interesting human females for sure NA-CE thought. When NA-CE got out and the sounds and smells of the Faire hit her, NA-CE smiled and said," The food does smell great Lt. Robertson, and yes any suggestions would be great." NA-CE really hadn't seen anything like this before and it was exciting to NA-CE.

Tearing her eyes away the dodgems Izzy would wholeheartedly agree with the idea of them getting something to eat figuring that lining the stomach a bit before tonight was in order ”Something green obviously!” Izzy giggled delightedly when Madison and NA-CE asked for suggestions, with all of the Burian food being naturally green. Gazing around at the stalls she would spot one done up in the style of a surf shack selling what appeared to be Tacos ”Oh wow I haven’t had Tacos since leaving LA!” Izzy said as she rushed over to join the queue to get some, dragging Lizzy along with her in order to indulge in her desire for a little taste of home.

 Lizzy got out of the van and the smells and sounds hit her as well, she hadn't been to faire like this since she was very young, and a younger Lt. Oliver Hack was the one that took her. Lizzy giggled as Izzy went all kid mode and having fun, this was awesome and this is exactly what the Hermes crew needed.

"Yes food I am starving and what I learned the last time I was here, almost everything is green even some of the meat but it is wonderful, the Burian Yaki fruit like a peach and aa pear combined so good."

 Lizzy giggled when Izzy yelled out dodgems, " After we ride the rides after we eat ok Izzy." Lizzy then followed Izzy as she found a taco looking thing, Lizzy got Bura's version of a corn dog, with some meat wrapped in fried dough on a stick, it was delicious.

"That looks yummy Izzy what do they call it?" Lizzy then saw what she was looking for, she had them before, what she called Bura Nachos, with a very yummy, spiced meat mixed with veggies, what she thought was like guacamole, and a Bura cheese sauce, it was so good.

 Sam smiled and replied to Madison," Oh everything like I said, but that depends, you like spicey, fruity, real meat taste what are you looking for."

 Sam would then say," Ok everyone every type of food on Bura is right oround here go get some food we will meet back here ok ladies."

"I love the color!  Like floral sunlight.  Well, the yellow star of our own Terran system, at least.  So --  what you do you fancy doing here at the fair?  Any preferences?  Or shall I choose?"   

”Taco de pescada Bura…it’s really good” Izzy replied when asked what she was eating, pausing to wipe a smear of green mayonnaise from her lips before taking another bite, with the local fish adding a nice twist to the recipe ”I used to eat these when I lived in LA, I used to get them from this vendor with a little cart down by the beach and they were the best in the city” she said fondly before taking another bite.

type of cuisine.  Ladies choice.

Accepting that everything on Bura was probably good, Madison decided to pick something at random. After a short wait in line, she came back with a basket of food on sticks with some kind of meat, some kinds of vegetables, and some other thing in between she didn't bother trying to identify. Though there were only three skewers, she realized she was getting full after eating one.

"By all the stars, these are amazing." She slid a chunk of meat off the end with her teeth and chewed it slowly to savor it. "If the food is this good at a carnival, I can't wait to eat at a proper restaurant."

all around the  faire there were kids   laughing  and  runnign around.. sounds of   music, both human and Burian  filled the  area.

 Supe  and Hodden were taking turns   Hammering  the  lever to try to ring the Bell...Minnet  tried it  and almost got  it... Tucker went to try, alot of the  other crew folks from other shipsm  LAughted  and the  thinner, smaller  man  wielding the Mallet.

 The   things  whistled   as    Tucker brought it  dowm..and the Bell made a tiny ring..just getting touched...  He Let Minnet pick out a  prize..she  got a purple stuffed  Nuska.

 as the  walked away Hodden and Supe grilled him...

  Its not  how hard you hit it, its how  fast, and you have to  swing  through the contact....Supe  and Hodden loked at  each other, then  said ' No really  , how did you do that...

 NA-CE was almost overwhelmed by the amazing smells of the Faire. NA-CE saw all the food and wasn't sure which to try first they all seemed amazing. NA-CE found Bura's version of funnel cakes, NA-CE got one covered in powdered green sugar. NA-CE never had anything like this before, in service of the Blue Angels she was in a lot of combat and training she hasnt had a lot of time for fun the last 100 years, and this was turning out to be exceptional fun so far.

 NA-CE then got a taco looking thing Izzy had and it was extremely good. " Yes, Madison I agree if the food at a fair is this good, I can just imagine how good their real restaurants are as well, we will need to check that out Madison later."

 Lizzy smiled at Izzy and replied," Oh that sounds good, I need to try one too, I have a feeling we are all going to gain weight on this shore leave." Lizzy giggled and got some Burian soda and then ate with the ladies.

" Ok now that we are eating I say we hit the games and rides next?"

 Meari got out of the BU and looked around again at the second most beautiful planet she has been on, of course Uden's beauty couldn't be matched. Meari had sent Frakas a comm test to meet her at the airfield.

 Meari headed over to the airfield, she did hear about the festival going on she would have to check that out, but first thing she wanted to do was go visit her Aunt's Memorial Lady. Meari will then look for Frakas, as she does she will send this comm text message to: LC Shadow, Ambassador Shade, Captain Dusk and Warlord Lilit, " Hello family, I am on Bura at the airfield we were at last time we were here, I was planning on trying to get a ride to see Lady's Memorial would any of you wish to join me."

  Frakas  waved  and was   walking over, with only a slight limp. His ESN  unifrom tailored  for his  Sanri   build, was an off  duty unifrom, but still made him look very Military,

   he waited  as    Meari  COMed.

  Shadow used  'voice  to text'  hey! Meari..  Shade   , The SM and I  are on our way down South now. I didn't think to Ask you, or Dusk. Just sorat  spur of the Moment? I wanted to get  down there, and get back, I promises to take   Roll to the Faire.

 Sam ate as well, she was use to the food, and honestly for Burian food the Fair food was good, but she has had much better. Sam then waited for everyone to finish their food, and then say," Yes we ready for games and rides now, I know Izzy wants to go on the dodgems. Any other requests?" Sam giggled as she walked with the group towards the rides and game area or what they call the midway.

 Meari sees Frakas limping over and smiles that he has recovered that well from the spider attack.

 Meari responded to the LC's message," No problem LC I understand, I messaged Dusk and Lilit as ell lets see if they will go with me, waiting to hear back from them LC sir. Good day LC sir."

 Meari then looked to see if Dusk or Lilit got back to her and she went to Frakas," Good to see you up my good friend, what were you planning on doing, I am waiting to see if my family wishes to go see Lay's memorial, there is a fair maybe we can go there after I visit Lady?" One thing though Meari had to get herself and maybe Lilit and Dusk a ride there.

After walking through the Midway share of games they decided on taking a break and headed past a small group of minstrels playing a spritely tune.  A small Buran girl of maybe 3 or so near her parents practiced some dancing nearby.  Her face a bit grime covered with the blue stain of what was cotton candy about her lips.  Still slow walking they made it in time to watch some young 6-9 year old Burian and alien boys participate in a greased pig race.  Haley realized that the winner, a young Earth boy of maybe 8, was one she had seen aboard the New York.  When he got his blue ribbon and cheers she watched as his new Buran family (a Tall Father, mother, and a younger sister and brother) hugged him and spoke of being proud of him.  They even got to keep the pig for the farm it seemed.  Nikki managed to comm film the scene and then sent it to Hack, Shadow, and Roy.  She was kind of proud to know her small effort brought this kid safely to a new family.  She overlaid a message and sent it.
"This is one of the New York kids we rescued...He looks so happy to have a family now.
 He won the greased pig race and he got to keep the pig."

  Frakas  gave a Nod.If i would not be in the  Way?  I  would  accompany you?

 Dusky  sent  back a come... I will  be there shortly. Granmod is   at the  dinner with the  Fleet  leaders...I assume all  board Members  will be there.

 Even as she spoke , and assault  shuttle from  'Lady's Revenge' was  comig in  for a landing , int he shuttle  area.

"I doubt it, I've seen how much you can eat" Izzy giggled as she pointedly eyed Lizzy's narrow waist with her somehow managing to maintain her hourglass figure despite the staggeringly large meals she ate when the feeling took "...but these are really good, NA-CE will back me up on that I'm sure" she continued having noticed the Angel having also bought a Taco "...If you don't like fish they also do steak and chicken, oh and Maddy the restaurants here are great, especially the desserts!" she said half tempted to go and get another taco or possibly even something a little sweeter for herself, however the rest of the fair with it's bright lights and music was calling to her...particularly as Sam pointed out the dodgems "hey I'm happy to go on anything, maybe I'll even try and win my girl a prize from one of the stalls!" she giggled although being completely honest with herself it was more likely to be the other way around.

 Meari smiled at Frakas and replied," I would like for you to join us if you wish, and you will never be in the way my friend."

 Meari got Dusk's comm and was about to respond when she sa her attack shuttle come in for a landing. Meari walked with Frakas at his pace towards Dusk's shuttle.

 Meari had no clue who to contact about getting a ride to Lady's memorial, then she remembered Lt. Robertson she was a member of the Burian Fleet maybe she could help her.

 Meari sent Sam a comm text message," Lt. Robertson I am at the airfield I was wondering if you could help a few of us, three, to get a ride to visit Lady's Memorial?"

Zob after stuffing his face with a multitude of snacks from various vendors made his way over to where the rides and mini games were, he could only chuckle as kids and people ran about all excited he approached the high striker game and gave it a solid wack with the hammer causing the bell to give a nice *ding* noise he picked out a nice Nuska looking bear toy and handed it off to a little girl before finding a place to sit to enjoy Bura's version of cheese curds.

   Dusk  stood on the ramp of her shuttle..Meari?  we can take our  Shuttle..i am the Captain, after  all?

 Frakas  Grinned at her and say... you are lucky to have  powerful  family.

 The Little Girl  looked at Zob in wonder.. they   hugged the bear,  A woman  was have afraid  and half  thankful, gave   Zob a smile.

 Nikki  watched Haley and her  Buddy  ran around, it was easy to spot the   kids that were sent there, from the ships. they  where   either  pale or  'dusty white, or   rich brown..some few   had the   shades of green creeping in

Slipping alongside the Doc Justin motioned with his free hand towards several drink stalls. Would you care for something to drink? Taking a bite of his burger.

 Meari looked at her cousin shook her head and replied," Yes cousin you are the Captain, then lets head out." Meari walked into Dusk's shuttle with Frakas and she replied to Frakas," Yes I do and they are wonderful, I just need to have a talk with Grandmod."

 Meari then took a seat with Frakas in the shuttle as they headed to visit Lady's memorial. Meari got out her comm and sent a message to Skiffle," Hello we are on Bura, I hope you are well. Hope to see you soon. Meari,"

 Skiffle  COMed  back  after a few.My Mom made  me clean up.. me and my  new brother  get to go to the Faire, we  will get there in an hour ?

  Dusk COMed Shadow  and said they were on the way down.
