Arnie  and Billie  danced...alot... and  had  drinks  and snacks in between...we  can get  some omre Milage  out of that dress here.. or on the roof  of the Condo.. doesn't matter Much. we can see who need   what..if  they have  enough to go after the marks,  we can be a back up  group.

 NA-CE smiled the next dance ended and NA-CE said, " Ok Vaka lets head out don't want to be to late for my first mission."

It looked like the ball was winding down. There were some goodbyes, but mostly see-ya-laters. There were a more than a couple invitations to the afterparty and the beach party. But there was also some coordination of those involved in the delta night. One of those coordinations was Lizzy informing Kray that she would be sitting this one out. Madison, of course, already knew about the wedding. Apparently, that date was imminent.

"So it's finally arrived, Lizzy?" She gave the redhead a squeezy hug. "Congratulations. I can't wait. Have fun on your night off."

Lizzy whispered a congratulations on her swordmaiden title, and a second for pulling Shadow off the market. Whether that was true or not remained to be seen, but she would indeed enjoy the ride while she was in the saddle. And there was a warning about the danger of delta nights.

"Thanks. I'll be as careful as I can be."

Lizzy ran back to Izzy, but Kray and Madison didn't get two steps before Sixx ran up wanting a dance. The junior Ensign gave Madison an apologetic look, but it was Shadow who controlled the schedule. He gave her a rain check for the beach. Madison found her reaction to Shadow's quip about her not being dressed more than amusing.

"If we don't get out of here, they'll have to have the delta night without us."

Not finding another dance partner he decided to see if what he'd heard about the extra formal doo's events were fact. Keeping an eye out for the LC, he spotted the WC macking his way from the ball. Catching up to the group before they left the event he introduced himself & asked if he could help.

 As LC, Maddy and a dozen others  got in the  hover limo. Shadow  said  to Brian..well we're going to the after Party at the Condo ... we'll see how the draw loks,, if you don't get in the first team. you canbe  with the  Back ups... Its been a while since  we did this on a planet..so we may need to send extra folks out.

Giving a broad grin he gave Kray a thumbs up. Joining the group he clambers into a Limo greeting the others.

"Looks like it is about time to go. I can check to see if Mila and I are needed, else we can settle down for the night."

By the time Lizzy had returned with a pair of drinks Izzy had just about got herself back under control, with her offering Lizzy a sheepish smile whilst dabbing at her eyes with a tissue "That's good to hear" she quietly said as she took the brightly coloured drink from Lizzy. She'd always known that Delta night was voluntary but it was good to hear that Shadow wasn't taking Lizzy not going tonight as a personal insult "...Also, I'm sorry about the whole...um...breaking down into tears thing, I know it's not how either of us wanted to spend the night" she then said in an apologetic voice and looking more than a little embarrassed by the incident.

 Lizzy had already done one of her 180 emotional shifts as she got back to Izzy, Lizzy smiled and in her wonderful normal bubblyself Lizzy replied," Yeah he cares about his Pilots Izzy I know that for sure."

 Lizzy held Izzy close and then replied," Izzy I break into tears every other day or less, hey we were both emotional after a very rough series of jump offs, Sam was hurt, I was shot down twice. BUT we are both here and now and here's to US Izzy." Lizzy clicked her glass with Izzy and drank down about half the drink and Lizzy had an evil seductive look towards Izzy.

 "Hey there is the Head Angel maybe she knows a place for us to have our wedding?" Lizzy of course is always impatient doesnt wait for an answer and heads over to NA-ZE and the General.

 Lizzy calmed down the drink kitting her a little, asked," Lady NA-ZE, Izzy and O would like to get married on your planet, Captain Si is doing the Ceremony, and Admiral Hack is walking me down the aisle, is there a perfect place for a ceremony that has flowers, maybe a gazebo, and a flowery arch Ma'am, or do you know of a place we could have the Ceremony at?"

  NA-ZE  Listened  to  Lizzy and she  nodded , Looking at the general. The general shrugged.

  There is the Chaple  Of The Sun.. it is small.  and neat the forests,,about  two iles to the  west of the Airfield  that sits  between  Your  Ship's hotel and  here. It has  a  Gard  with a   small reflecting   pool, the center is   a raised  platform of  stone.. t it can be accessed  from the rear...from the  back of the  chapel and  from the  west  arch way.. I think you will be pleased at the flowers   and such that Grow there. The Vita Bird  come and  eat  the berries, their song is most pleasing..

As Lizzy put a comforting arm around her, lzzy would clink her glass against Lizzy’s as she quietly assured her that she wasn’t bothered by her crying before giving her a look that never failed to make Izzy feel like the prettiest girl in the world, with her cheek turning bright pink in response, and needless to say putting her into a better mood.

It was then that Lizzy was struck by the sudden idea that they should speak to the head of the Blue Moon Angels about a potential wedding venue with her impulsively heading straight over to her before Izzy was able to say anything on the subject or prevent her from doing so.

Looking very much like a deer in the headlights, Izzy was unable to do anything but watch as Lizzy addressed the Angel Premiere followed her suggestion that they could visit a nearby chapel that was beside a lake and had a garden ”That…that sounds lovely, that sounds just like what we were looking for…what do you think Liz?”

 Lizzy smiled when the Head Angel seemed nice and told them about a place, Lizzy replied, Wow yes that sounds perfect doesn't it, is there a way we could see it tonight, or would it be better to see it in person,  and is there a cost for the venue, oh and is there a place we could get tables and chairs, music, and catered food. Lizzy knew she talked a lt but she didn't want to forget anything.

 NA-ZE  giggled a bit...ask a driver to take yu to the Chaple of the  Sun... its  a quiet place. we can   close it off  for  whatever day you decive...You can have th Admiral Contact the People in charge  and  things can get set up and   we'll settle the Bill before the fleet leave.

 Lizzy was getting excited, and she replied," Thank you very much, and we are trying for the third day Ma'am, oh is it to late to go see it tonight, is it closed or not lit up?"

NA-ZE  smiled  ..Dear Child? Chaples on The Moons never close.. people  coom and do at  their leisure ..you may go now, if you wish, there will be  some path lights and such?

Billie smiled softly and bit her bottom lip. “How about we go to the roof…that way if they do need us, we can be ready.” With a soft chuckle, she leaned in and kissed him deeply before taking him by the hand and leading him off.

The chapel sounded truly lovely the way that the Angel premier described it, with Lizzy seemingly as taken with the idea as she was to the point of wanting to go and visit it now ”Perhaps we should wait until the morning? That way we’ll get to see it and it’s gardens at its best” Izzy soft suggested, placing a calming hand upon Lizzy’s arm ”…also the birds are more likely to be singing…not to mention that these gowns are not the best suited to travelling in” she added before taking another sip of her drink.

  Lizzy smiled at NA-ZE and said," Thank you very much, I will speak to Admiral Hack in the morning."

 Lizzy was smiling and so bubbly, then Izzy said maybe wait till morning. Lizzy's expression dropped and she looked sad. " Oh ok Izzy, are you sure Izzy ever thought of a night wedding? Yeah chirping birds would be nice, also that is very true wouldnt want to ruin these dresses.  Ok we will go see it tomorrow, then lets dance until they kick us out ok Izzy."

 Lizzy smiled again, she was like a bubbly switch," Thank you so much NA-ZE for all your help The Blue Moon is a perfect place for our wedding thank you."

Truth be told she’d never considered a night wedding, however as intriguing as it was she could see a few flaws with the idea…or at least additional details that would need to be resolved in order to make it work how they envisaged it. However as bubbly as she was Lizzy had already moved on to other things having decided to wait until morning with her instead wanting to dance ”sure, I’d love to” Izzy giggled before turning to NA-ZE ”Thank you for your help, this means the world to us…we’ll let you get back to enjoying your evening” she politely said before taking Lizzy’s hand and leading her to the dance floor.

With the formal dances over the band had given way to a DJ who was currently playing an energetic song with a catchy chorus that Izzy couldn’t help but sing along to as she danced with Lizzy (https://youtu.be/75Mw8r5gW8E)

 Lizzy smiled and danced with Izzy," That chapel and garden sound perfect. Then we need wedding bands, our wedding party have Angel Silk dresses they can wear, the one Sam wore tonight was amazing. If we set up the venue and then we invite people, I did invite the LC and Madison, not sure if they will show up. I think that is everything and still on day 1." Lizzy smiled danced close with Izzy and gave her a kiss.

Moving to the energetic music being played by a DJ that was seemingly determined to keep the small crowd of people he had left dancing, Izzy would lean in close to Lizzy in order to hear her over the loud music before shouting her own reply ”and a bouquet! As for Shadow I guess it depends on whether he likes you more than he dislikes me!” she shouted, with a mischievous grin on her face.

Personally she didn’t care if Shadow showed or not with their mutual dislike of each other well known, however she knew that Lizzy would be wounded if he didn’t show so was willing to put it aside in order to keep Lizzy happy. Speaking of, it was at this point that Lizzy would kiss her, with Izzy more than happy to return the favour, even if it did cause the indecision as to whether to dance with her all night or drag her her away to quiet corner and tear off all of her clothes. As tempting as the latter was she decided to dance instead.

 Lizzy smiled and replied," Oh yes we need a bouquet definitely. I invited him and Madison we will see if they show up, and thank you Izzy." Lizzy knew Izzy didnt like the LC, she still didnt understand why, but she was very happy that Izzy was ok with it, Lizzy owed her life to the LC several times.

 They went out and danced some more, it was getting late, Lizzy nibbled on Izzy's ear and whispered," Want to head to the Condo check out the roof party, then maybe go have sex for the rest of the night what do you say my love?"

They had been dancing together for quite some time and it was starting to get late, or possibly early, when Lizzy, much to Izzy’s obvious delight, gently nibbled on Izzy’s ear and quietly whispered her suggestion on how to spend the rest of the night ”hmm…sounds good to me…I want to dance with you some more and then do other things to you…” she whispered back, snaking an arm around Lizzy’s slender waist and leading her towards the door, with her liking the idea of having another drink and dance or two before moving on to other…activities.

 Lizzy smiled and they headed out of the Ball and headed for the Condo, they got in line for transport as Lizzy was flying high.
